About a year ago, my wife developed some health issue that was making it very difficult for her to go up and down the stairs. We started evaluating several options to make it easier for her. The first option was to move to a single floor home. my whole family discounted that option right away as we all love our home very much where we have been living for 42 years and have done numerous upgrades and improvement over the years.The second option was to convert the living room into a bedroom and connecting the powder room changing it to a full bath.
