Bryan Field

Job Titles:

Bryan leads Monterey's Junior Sub-School (Year 7-9) and oversees the school's trauma-informed practice model. Bryan is currently completing a Masters of Instructional Leadership at the University of Melbourne supported by Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership Scholarship Bryan also works as an educational consultant presenting to national and international audiences on how to implement trauma informed practices in schools.

Natalie Jones-Pinket

Job Titles:
  • Assistant Principal
Natalie leads the Senior Sub-School (Years 10-12) at Monterey. Natalie holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honours from Middlesex University, London. Natalie is passionate about connecting schools with their communities and is proud of the partnerships she developed between Monterey and its Sport Science Academy partners the St Kilda Football Club and the Frankston District Netball Association. She has served in numerous leadership roles in her more than 30 year career as an educator. Natalie believes that when they feel safe and connected with schools, all children can achieve their full potential.

Peter Langham

Job Titles:
  • Principal
Peter feels the greatest sense of pride as he watches senior students graduate from the college and move into positive pathways of further study, trade training or full time employment. He values the supportive, inclusive and engaging environment at Monterey and how it supports students on their individual pathway to success. Peter holds a Bachelor's Degree from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma from the University of Ballarat. Peter has also completed courses with the Bastow Institute of Education Leadership and Harvard University. Peter is passionate about the vision of the Frankston North Education Plan for every child and family in the community to be happy and successful in learning and life.

Skye Columbine

Skye leads teaching and learning at Monterey Secondary College to ensure students benefit from the best possible classroom practices. Skye believes high quality teaching unlocks the potential of all students to achieve outstanding learning growth. She holds a Bachelor of Education and a Graduate Certificate from the University of Ballarat. Passionate about Health, Sport and wellbeing, Skye is excited about developing the Centre of Excellence and integrating its programs with Monterey's teaching and learning approach.
