The Midwest Association of Rail Shippers is headquartered in the Chicago area. General membership comes from the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin as well as the provinces of Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
