We are a dance school in Culcheth, Warrington. Northern Starr Dance and Fitness has been established for over 30 years, teaching currently over 200 pupils... We believe every child has the ability to realise their potential, by providing a fun and relaxed atmosphere in which children can grow in both confidence and technique. Our freestyle dance classes include a variety of styles, primarily modern, disco, lyrical and street/commercial. Combining a mixture of modern dance and music, with old style musical theatre, our emphasis always remains on enjoyment and fun. Classes are mainly held at our purpose built dance studio in Culcheth, with some classes at Ascend studio in Leigh... The Yoga Trapeze in Culcheth is a suspension yoga system great for back pain, core strength, functional upper body strength, flexibility and balance.
