Nitrogen Solutions LLC was incorporated November 2010 by 5 founding members. It was the initial dream of John & Matthew McCaughey, along with their friend and co-worker Mike Stickler to own and operate a Nitrogen Pumping and Transport company in the Oil & Gas business. Michael Jacques & Joan Khilling were also instrumental in the evolution of Nitrogen Solutions LLC... Although an Arkansas LLC, the physical location is in Weatherford, Oklahoma where a large fleet of late model Tractors, Cryogenic Nitrogen Pumps and Trailers are housed on a 5-acre property. Full service maintenance & welding for equipment has been implemented along with a full-time safety manager. Nitrogen Solutions diversified in 2015 to include an Industrial Hauling of Nitrogen Division.
