In addition to his role as president, Andrew is responsible for the company's accounting, corporate finance, and risk management activity as Chief Financial Officer. His prior experience with leading companies such as Bank of America, Colonial Properties, and CapRock, provide a strong background in finance, accounting, construction, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate development.
As president of EPC, Andrew is responsible for oversight of project execution, contract negotiation, and promoting the core values of the company.
Andrew holds a master's degree from the University of Michigan in finance and applied economics and a bachelor's degree from Transylvania University.

Bilbo has been in the solar industry for eight years. He is currently an O&M Field Services Supervisor at NARENCO. He is accomplished in the field as a former Field Technician, Site Supervisor for Construction, DAS operator and installer, and most recently he received his FAA UAS Remote Airman Certification and NC UAS Commercial Operator Permit. Bilbo is responsible for management and oversight of O&M field operations and technicians. Safety, customer satisfaction and site availability are his top concerns. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing and travel.

Caleb joined the NARENCO team in January 2021 as a Project Engineer. He brings renewable energy, power systems engineering, and engineering management experience to the team. Caleb started his career as a Wind Farm Engineer for Xcel Energy, where he led fleet performance improvement initiatives and supported substation operation and maintenance. He expanded his renewable energy experience by becoming an Electrical Engineer for Duke Energy Renewables, a commercial business entity of Duke Energy in 2018. With Duke Energy Renewables, Caleb performed several engineering and project management tasks from power systems studies to factory acceptance testing of GSUs to managing a number of projects.
Caleb received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University and his Masters of Transmission and Distribution Engineering from Gonzaga University.

Jayme joined the NARENCO team in January 2024 as the Director of Operations and Maintenance. He brings renewable energy operations management, NERC compliance, transmission coordination and energy marketing experience. Jayme started his renewable energy career as a Data Analysis and Control Center Operator at First Wind Energy, where he provided remote monitoring, diagnostics and outage coordination for a fleet of wind farms across the United States. He has been working in renewable energy operations for the past fifteen years, the last nine years have been working at Xcel Energy as a Senior Operations Manager, managing eight utility scale wind farms throughout the midwest. Jayme was part of a team that expanded Xcel Energy's renewable portfolio from three wind farms to 20 wind farms in nine years.
Jayme received his associate degree in business management from Colorado Technical University and is currently working on a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of North Dakota.

Mark began his career at NARENCO during the construction phase of the company's inaugural project in December 2009. Upon completing the NABCEP Certified Solar PV Installer™ program in 2011, he has held leadership positions in engineering, procurement and project management on all projects to date.
