David A. Norris

Dr. Daniel A Davis

Dr. Daniel Davis graduated from medical school from the University of Colorado, School of Medicine, completing his residency in Dermatology at the University of Texas in Houston, Dr. Davis completed a Dermatopathology fellowship at the University of Texas in Galveston, TX, then went on to complete his dermatologic surgery fellowship from the University of Iowa School of Medicine. He continues to hold a position as Clinical Professor at the University of Arkansas and is now practicing in Albuquerque, New Mexico in private practice with Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center of NM. His interests include spending time with his family and the outdoors.

Dr. David A. Davis

Dr. Davis graduated from medical school from the University of Colorado School of Medicine, completing his residency in Dermatology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine as well as completing his dermatologic surgery fellowship from the University of Iowa School of Medicine. He continues to hold positions as Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Iowa as well as the University of New Mexico. His interests include family life, scuba diving, traveling, and caring for his patients.

Dr. Michael B. Chang

Michael B. Chang, M.D., FACMS, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatologic surgeon. He was born in Columbus, Ohio and grew up in the Washington, DC area. After graduating from Stanford University, Dr. Chang completed his medical training at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. His post-graduate training included a residency in dermatology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, followed by a fellowship in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology also at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Chang practices both general dermatology and Mohs surgery with a strong interest in prevention, early detection, and surgical treatment of all types of skin cancers. In his free time, he enjoys exploring New Mexico with his wife and young daughters, running, hiking, reading, and watching sports.

Monica M. Romero

Dr. Monica Romero is a native New Mexican dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon who is dedicated to compassionate care of patients and treating their skin diseases and concerns. She is Board Certified as a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology, and she is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She graduated from medical school and completed her residency training in dermatology, at the University of New Mexico School Of Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Romero has been in private practice at Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center of NM for over ten years. During this time she has cultivated a practice focused on the prevention, early detection and treatment of skin cancer while continuing to care for patients with acute and chronic dermatologic diseases. Dr. Romero was born and raised is southeastern New Mexico. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of New Mexico where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Spanish. In medical school she graduated at the top of her class and was elected during her junior year to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor Medical Society. She received the UNM School of Medicine Khatali Medical Alumni Association, Senior Academic Achievement Award. She has served as President and Vice President of The New Mexico Dermatological Society. She is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology and routinely attends continuing medical education conferences to learn the most current medical knowledge and refine her clinical skills. Dr. Romero loves spending time with her husband and four children. Most of her time outside of work is spent with family and supporting her children in their school and extracurricular activities. During rare downtime she enjoys playing with her kids, long walks and moments of quiet relaxation.
