The Northeast Community Federal Credit Union (NECFCU) is a non-profit, member-owned, federally insured community development credit union (CDCU) formed in 1981. We are a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and the U.S Department of the Treasury CDFI program has recognized our high impact on the communities we serve. Serving mainly the Chinatown, Tenderloin and SOMA neighborhoods in San Francisco, we promote grass-roots community development through financial stability, economic literacy, small business development and home ownership. We are also a grantee of the USPAACC/SBA Community Navigator Pilot Program... The CNPP con nects under served Pan Asian Amer i can busi ness es with crit i cal busi ness ser vices and assis tance pro grams. USPAACC is the ​"Hub" pro vid ing sup port through a net work of orga ni za tions for which NECFCU is one of the spokes.
