NU-HOUSING INITIATIVES

At NU-Housing Initiatives, our mission is to provide a safe, secure and supportive environment where clients, can improve their lives. We aim to plant seeds of trust and communication that are critical for developing partnerships between NU-Housing Initiatives and clients. NU-Housing Initiatives' mission is to provide temporary and permanent housing to the homeless and HIV/AIDS populations, workshops, mental health, substance/alcohol treatment, child care, HIV/AIDS prevention, social services to high incident adults, adolescents and at risk children... NU-Housing Initiatives was founded on April 10, 2004 by Victor Seltzer, Ph.D. and Mark Hill, D.O. Dr. Seltzer and Dr. Hill decided to start the organization after working with so many homeless families and single adults and observing all the issues these homeless populations' present.
