The Diocese of Chichester Academy Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees which delegates many responsibilities down to a Local Governing Board (LGB) for each of its schools. The Board of Trustees and the LGB are a collection of individuals who bring different skills, knowledge and expertise to governance but with a common motivation to be involved. We are all volunteers, committed to the children for whom we serve... Northiam inspires an abundance of life by cherishing learning. Our purpose is to nurture and develop the abundance of talents entrusted to each individual, so that they reach their potential as god intends in mind, spirit, body and soul... Most importantly, we are a family - in each of our schools and together as a wider community. We will know each child well and treat them as an individual. Everyone here has a part to play and everyone here is special.
