Emanuel T. Fatseas

Emanuel recently joined Ned Gregg Realty after relocating to the Sycamore area in 2014. Emanuel began is real estate career in 1972 as an appraiser trainee shortly after graduating from the Pennsylvania State University. He obtained his real estate license in 1979 but has devoted the majority of his career to real estate appraisal. He was awarded the ASA professional real estate appraiser designation in 1978, and obtained an Ohio Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license during the first year it was offered in 1991. Emanuel is an approved appraiser for the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). Although he has appraised several thousand 1 to 4 family residential properties over the years, Emanuel has concentrated on the in depth appraisal of commercial (retail, office, multifamily), industrial, special purpose properties (places of worship, bowling alleys, dog kennels, horse boarding facilities, etc.) and vacant land of all types for a variety of purposes during the past 15 years. He is available for consultation, appraisal, or rent studies for pre listing, pre leasing, buyer or seller representation, and tenant or landlord representation purposes. Emanuel resides just east of Sycamore with his wife Connie and enjoy spending time with their 4 granddaughters.

Jack Gottfried

Jack Gottfried graduated from Upper Sandusky High School in 1980 and Reppert's School of Auctioneering in 1980. He obtained his Auctioneer license in 1981, and his Real Estate license in 1984. Jack has been doing residential, farm and estate appraisals for over 15 years. Jack has successfully conducted many types of live auctions for a variety of clients. Jack resides with his wife, Carla Gottfried, who graduated in 1983 from Upper Sandusky High School. Carla also received her Real Estate license in 1995.

Jeremy Gregg

Jeremy Gregg is a 2004 graduate of Old Fort High School. Jeremy is an Auctioneer/Real Estate agent. He also attended the University of Findlay for one year and Owens Community College for 2 years majoring in Marketing. Being the third generation of Auctioneers in the family he will plan to bring a new age to the business as well as keeping the honesty and hard work ethic alive and strong.
