Erin Nicole Licata

Erin is a Registered Dietitian; with a passion for helping others achieve a balance between achieving and following a healthy lifestyle and living. She began her career at the Nutrition Clinic and Sol Stone Center, a partial hospitalization and outpatient program for individuals with eating disorders in Elmira, NY. Erin helped to develop a successful program which allowed individuals to reemerge back into healthy living outside of treatment by teaching them coping mechanisms and healthy choices. Erin continues this philosophy with her clients at Nutrition Energy, and works with individuals to help streamline everything from meal prep and smart snacking, to grocery shopping and eating out. In addition to her work at Nutrition Energy, Erin also works as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist at The New Jewish Home in Manhattan. She spends her days counseling both patients with health conditions including diabetes, cancer, heart disease and other chronic diseases and helping individuals develop a better relationship with food and their bodies. She is also a team member of the accredited Comfort Matters Program through Caring Kind of New York City where she provides meaningful interactions between elders with dementia and food, including sensory integration to encourage a more enjoyable experience during meal times.

Jessica Zinn

Jessica is Registered Dietitian and New York State Certified Dietitian Nutritionist who emphasizes the importance of eating foods that satisfy your taste buds as well as assisting you in reaching your nutrition and health goals in order to truly feel your best. Jessica's passion for health and nutrition emerged from her own personal experience with clinical diagnoses of both type 1 diabetes and celiac disease. Jessica understands firsthand the importance of and difficulties in managing nutrition related diseases while living life to the fullest.

Lauren is the owner/director of Nutrition Energy and combines her experience as a Clinical Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator, Certified Sports Dietitian and athlete to lead the Nutrition Energy team. She provides comprehensive nutrition therapy and personalized nutrition planning for individuals. She also travels around New York and the country, leading nutrition clinics and lectures for a variety of small and large groups. More... She was highlighted on Channel One News with Jessica Kumari (November 12, 2008) for her long-distance running nutrition advice and training techniques for the ING New York City Marathon 2008. Lauren's expertise has been shown on Weekend Today (NBC), where she addressed endurance training, stretching and sports performance nutrition. She has appeared with Solidad O'Brien, Jonas Schwartz and Cat Greenleaf in interviews to provide advice about sports nutrition, as an athlete and nutrition and fitness expert. She was even highlighted on the Weather Channel,prior to the ING New York City Marathon 2008, to impart her nutrition advice for marathoners competing in various weather conditions. Her expertise starts with clear nutrition counseling and extends to more unusual experiences like the Empire State Building Run-Up 2009, at which she won the preliminary and provided nutrition and training advice to Cat Greenleaf. Lauren has served as a nutrition expert and writer for nationally-acclaimed magazines including Fitness, Her Sports, New York Runner and MetroSports, NY.
