New Vision CDC is a non-profit, 501(c) 3 Corporation located in the rural area of Darlington County that is committed to having a positive impact by assisting those on the bottom of the economic ladder by offering them programs that are geared toward increasing their likelihood of survival in this depressed and blighted economy... We are a non-profit, 501(c) 3 Corporation, chartered in the state of South Carolina and located in the rural area of Darlington County... Much of the focus here at New Vision is directed at giving individuals an opportunity to involve themselves in the means which has the potential of strengthening those areas in their lives which are currently undeveloped or unchallenged. It is a known fact that those individuals who are exposed to more than one option tend to do better in life than those who are forced by their circumstances to be limited to one or no option.
