Alison Dougan

Alison is a native of central New Jersey and moved to the capital region in 2011. She received her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from SUNY Cortland in 2015. Alison completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Myers, FL and recently moved back to the capital region to join Dr. Dellenbaugh in the clinic and operating room. Outside of work, Alison enjoys spending time with her family and hiking with her dogs.

Amar A. Parikh

Pain Management Specialist in Albany, Clifton Park, East Greenbush and Malta - Route 9, NY

Dr. Amar Parikh is a board certified Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Management physician whose interests include minimally invasive approaches for the treatment of spine pain. He has a specific interest in complex neck and low back pain, spinal stenosis, spinal cord stimulation therapy, and headache. Additionally, he has specialized training in ultrasound-guided nerve blocks.

Ariel DuBois

Ariel DuBois joined the OrthoNY team in 2019, relocating to Saratoga Springs from southern New Jersey. She graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College (LVC), in 2013.

Aruna Sahoo

Job Titles:

Pain Managment Specialist in Albany and Delmar, NY

Dr. Sahoo received her medical degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and subsequently completed an internship at Summa Health Systems in Akron, Ohio. She then spent three years in clinical anesthesiology residency at New York's Mount Sinai Medical Center before holding a tri-institutional fellowship in pain management with Cornell's New York Presbyterian Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering and the Hospital for Special Surgery. Most recently, she was a partner at Capital Region Pain Management in Slingerlands. Dr. Sahoo is seeing patients in Albany and Delmar.

Briana Tote

Family Nurse Practitioner

Briana is a Family Nurse Practitioner and is a native to Capital District. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MCPHS University in 2018. Then began her nursing career at Ellis Hospital in the Intensive Care Unit. In 2020, Briana joined the OrthoNY team at the Everett Road Surgery Center as one of their first Pre-Operative/Post-Operative Nurses.

Charles J Buttaci

Job Titles:

Pain Management Specialist in Albany, NY

A fellowship-trained Physiatrist, Dr. Buttaci's specialty is disorders of the spine, focusing on musculoskeletal medicine, including fluoroscopically guided spine injections and electrodiagnotics. He is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, and interventional pain management. Dr.Buttaci joined NEO in July 2007 and is a fellowship trained Physiatrist, Board Certified in both physical medicine and rehabilitation and interventional pain management. His primary interest is diagnosing and treating disorders of the spine.

Chelsea Blaney

Chelsea Blaney is a native of Long Island from Sound Beach, New York. Chelsea attended King's College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania where she completed the five and a half year combined undergraduate/graduate Physician Assistant program beginning in 2012.
