I am delighted to be the Headteacher of the Beamish & Pelton Federation. I joined the Federation in 2012 as Deputy Headteacher and was appointed as Headteacher in April 2021. I am incredibly proud of the success we have achieved and I am excited to continue to be part of, and lead, an effective and innovative team. I am passionate about educating our future generation and supporting children to achieve their full potential. As part of the Governing Body, I provide key information to Governors and I am accountable to them for the effectiveness of the Federation. I feedback to the Governing body termly by way of a Headteacher's written report as well as meeting regularly to update governors on school finances, curriculum and staffing. I enjoy working with the Governing Body to ensure that we continue to move the Federation forward, so that all of our pupils have the best possible opportunities and leave us with the qualities and skills they need to lead happy and successful lives.
