André Lachance is a world-renowned speaker, master-facilitator, university professor and baseball coach. Over the years, he has delivered hundreds of conferences and facilitated multiple workshops in 20 countries on a wide range of topics relating to leadership, team management and group cohesion.
André built the first national women's baseball program, and was the head coach of the national team for 15 years, where he led his team second in the world rankings. In 2019, he became the head coach of the France team, which he led to the European Championship in his very first year. In addition, he teaches advanced coaching courses at the University of Ottawa, where he has previously received the Professor of the Year Award. André is also the recipient of the prestigious Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, awarded by the Government of Canada in recognition of his great contribution to the Canadian sport system.
Known for his refreshing ideas and his out of the box approach, he is a dynamic speaker and committed facilitator who shares his knowledge with countless companies and organizations such as the NHL, UNESCO, Novartis, MLB and several Olympic committees in worldwide. He lives in Gatineau.
Who is Benoit Chalifoux?
Benoit Chalifoux is an international speaker in the field of soft skills, sales and diversity in North America, Africa and Europe.
He teaches at the School of Management Sciences of the Université du Québec à Montréal (ESG UQAM) as well as in several business schools in Europe. Benoit advises business leaders, managers and individuals in their quest for professional and personal fulfillment.

A member of the Raoul-Dandurand Chair in Diplomatic and Strategic studies and a veteran election observer, Guillaume Lavoie has been a frequent a media analyst on public policy, US politics and international relations.
Guillaume holds an MPA (Énap), a B.A. in industrial relations and certificates in administration, and law (Laval University). In addition, he completed executive programs at the London School of Economics and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. A Public Policy Scholar at Woodrow Wilson Center, Guillaume is also a Fellow of Action Canada, the Jeanne-Sauvé Foundation, and Next City, and a laureate of the Public Policy Forum's Marcel Côté Award for leadership in public policy. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
