André Lachance

Michel is an ICF coach, speaker,… André Lachance is a world-renowned speaker, master-facilitator, university professor and baseball coach. Over the years, he has delivered hundreds of conferences and facilitated multiple workshops in 20 countries on a wide range of topics relating to leadership, team management and group cohesion. André built the first national women's baseball program, and was the head coach of the national team for 15 years, where he led his team second in the world rankings. In 2019, he became the head coach of the France team, which he led to the European Championship in his very first year. In addition, he teaches advanced coaching courses at the University of Ottawa, where he has previously received the Professor of the Year Award. André is also the recipient of the prestigious Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, awarded by the Government of Canada in recognition of his great contribution to the Canadian sport system. Known for his refreshing ideas and his out of the box approach, he is a dynamic speaker and committed facilitator who shares his knowledge with countless companies and organizations such as the NHL, UNESCO, Novartis, MLB and several Olympic committees in worldwide. Benoit Chalifoux
