Albert Carbo joined PCHS in 2016 and he has always believed that shared decision making is crucial to every patient's health. He aspires to learn from and advocate for each patient as an individual. Albert feels very fortunate to be part of our exceptional pharmacy team, and he's eager to continue collaborating with patients and providers to help ensure that each patient receives accessible, high-quality care. His favorite quote is, "All we are ever asked to do in this life is treat our neighbor - especially our neighbor who is in need - exactly as we would hope to be treated ourselves. That is our ultimate responsibility.". Albert deeply cares for health equity, social justice, and caring for the environment. Ashley Hilliard

Dr. Ashley Vaughn has been a provider with PCHS since January 2016. She has been fascinated with science for as long as she can remember, and she loves to interact with and help others improve their health and well-being. She chose a career as a pharmacist because it allows her to combine these interests into a profession that she's truly passionate about. Ashley was born and raised in the south Seattle area and just recently moved to the Kitsap Peninsula, where her parents have lived for 10 years now. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, including camping, fishing, boating, hiking, horseback riding, and snowboarding. She also loves animals and enjoys spending time with her pit bull, Cali. Brynn joined PCHS in 2020 as General Counsel after serving on PCHS' Board of Directors. Prior to joining PCHS, she worked as a litigator at a law firm in Seattle, Washington, and served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Justice Mary I. Yu of the Washington Supreme Court. Brynn is passionate about advancing health equity by expanding access to affordable, quality healthcare and eliminating healthcare disparities in our communities. In addition to her legal career, Brynn brings experience as a classroom teacher and policy advocate. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading to her children, and telling bad puns! Catherine Nguyen

Catherine joined the PCHS team in early 2019. She is excited about being part of the collaborative environment at PCHS where she can provide high quality care to members of the community through pharmacy services. Catherine chose pharmacy as a career because of her desire to help others and interest in chemistry and pharmacology. Catherine was born and raised in sunny San Diego. She doesn't know how to surf despite having lived near the ocean for almost her entire life, but she has grown to love hiking and the outdoors since moving to Washington. When she isn't exploring the Pacific Northwest, you can find her daydreaming about her next international destination (8 countries and counting!). Dr. Brian Lear joined PCHS in 2021 and has quickly become known for his unconditional compassion and kindness. His patients say he is always ready to listen to their concerns, and he isn't afraid to share his opinions, but will always give them all the information During his time off, Dr. Lear enjoys tending to his garden, riding bikes, playing drums, spending time with his family and friends, as well as traveling to white sandy beaches. Eric Grunow

Eric joined PCHS in 2015, moving from Michigan to Washington because of its beautiful scenery and the outdoors. He does his best to get to know every patient on a personal level, formatting their education and treatment to fit their needs. Each patient is different, so Eric wants to create an environment where when a patient arrives in his office, they are coming to see their friends. When Eric isn't working, on the weekends in the summer he is hiking and exploring, riding his bike and running races. In the winter, he enjoys skiing.
