Dr. John Bowling

Dr. John Bowling is an accomplished business leader, consultant, psychologist, educator, and coach. He is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations optimize performance through a process of creating clarity around focus, strategy, structure, and desired outcomes, and then enhancing awareness of self and others in interactions. This blend of structural and process work helps remove barriers to performance while reinforcing development of new strategic and interpersonal skills. John's approach includes a strong focus on emotional skills and competencies which enhance decision-making and contribute to accurate evaluation of truthfulness and credibility. Prior to relocating to Oregon with his family in 2008, John worked in the Senior Healthcare Industry with over 14 years of key leadership and management experience. John led start up business development and general management of Silverado At Home following several years as Chief Learning Officer for Silverado Senior Living. As a CLO, John functioned much as an internal consultant, building high potential leadership development programs, creating leadership team structures and coaching individual leaders to achieve positive results in business and in life. Before joining Silverado, Dr. Bowling was a principal partner and clinical director of Advanced Behavioral Care. He is a published author and frequent presenter and has served as adjunct faculty at Texas A&M University, the University of Maine, University of Utah, Westminster College and currently at Southern Oregon University. John has served on multiple Boards in the areas of healthcare, aging, and technology. He is an active member of Rotary International and serves on the National Ski Patrol. He and his family live in Jacksonville, Oregon.

Dr. Kristin S. Walle - VP

Dr. Kristin S. Walle is currently Vice President, Global Money Movement & Compliance for ADP, a Fortune 500 company. In this role, she is responsible for global money movement and compliance for over $1 trillion of ADP's Client funds, ensuring operational excellence through business process innovation, and oversight of key banking and agency relationships. Kristin's organization consists of over 400 associates geographically disbursed across the world. In her role with ADP, Kristin has honed her skills at evaluating truthfulness and credibility and furthered expertise in emotional skills and competencies. Kristin is passionate about bringing out the best in others whether that is as a leader or in the classroom. She has developed several mentoring programs and participates as a mentor within ADP, at California State University, Long Beach's Student Center for Professional Development, and in WOMEN Unlimited's LEAD program. She is also a trained and certified internal coach working with executives to increase their ability to achieve and connect with those they lead. Kristin teaches business related courses at University of Phoenix where she was recognized as Rookie Faculty of the Year in 2012. In addition, she facilitates a Certified Treasury Professional review course at Brandman University in southern California. It was in her experience working with leaders that she realized the power of emotional intelligence. She pursued her doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University. Kristin's research focused on the leadership attributes of successful Chief Financial Officers in moving to the Chief Executive Officer role. She strongly believes that successful leaders require the ability to blend their technical capabilities with leadership skills specifically in their emotional intelligence capabilities.
