Amy Josephson

Amy has over 20 years of field practice working with children and families in varied settings, including schools, hospitals, community recreation centers, parks, and the court system. In addition, Amy has several years of experience teaching adult students and continues to serve as an adjunct professor at Northern Virginia Community College. She is also a member of NAEYC and the Early Childhood Education Peer Group for the Virginia Community College System.

Kamna Seth

Kamna has over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, working for varied nonprofit organizations in the United States and overseas. Kamna earned a BS and MS in Child Development & Family Relations from the University of Mumbai (Bombay), Supporting Dual Language Learners-Early Childhood Learning Credential from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from George Mason University. Kamna's experience includes curriculum development, NAEYC Accreditation for early learning programs, quality assurance, and training for early childhood educators. Kamna is a Certified Preschool CLASS observer & trainer and has served as a CDA PD Specialist.
