Allison is a customer service representative. Her main focus is new business leads and renewals. She helps clients with advising coverages, seeing missing gaps in coverage, renewing renewals, and making changes where needed to best benefit the client. Allison works out of the Fishers, Indiana office and has been in the industry for about 15-16 years. Her favorite quality about insurance is her ability to protect the client and have the client feel heard with their concerns and needs. Allison loves working for PRM because of the transparent and open atmosphere in the agency. Her favorite part about working in insurance is when she gets to market fund coverages and help clients increase their coverages for a lower premium.
Edgar is a virtual assistant based out of the Philippines. He helps clients with new business, new leads, and commercial leads. He has been in the industry for almost 3 years. Edgar got his bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Ateneo de Davao University. His favorite aspect about insurance is that everyone needs it in some aspect of their life and that no matter what happens the clients can stay protected and valued. Edgar loves working for PRM because of the easygoing work environment and the ability to bring up questions and feel heard.

Jennifer is a customer service representative. She helps clients assess risks and notifies them of risks they might not be aware of. Her favorite type of clients to work with are first-time home buyers. Jennifer works out of the South Bend, Indiana office and has been in the industry for 9 years. Her favorite part about working in insurance is helping protect clients and helping drop the stigma that insurance is boring. Jennifer enjoys working for PRM because of the family-oriented atmosphere and the quality of the people she interacts with.
Jerome is a service request representative and one of the leads for new business and renewal codes. He helps clients with requests, forwards them over to CSR, provides initial renewal, decides what is best for the client, and identifies which coverage is best for the client. Jerome has been in the industry for 2 years and is based in the Philippines. His favorite aspect about working in insurance is that it is not all about the money but about the clients and their well-being. He strives to provide the best claims and coverage for clients. Jerome's favorite quality about working for PRM is the welcoming and patient working environment. He enjoys the accommodating attitude of his coworkers and that everyone is there to help each other.

Kristin is a customer service representative. She helps clients with policy renewals, renewals, making sure everything is properly covered, and seeing if anything needs to be changed or added to the insurance coverage. Kristin works out of the Fishers, Indiana office and has been in the industry for 10 months. She likes that the insurance industry is different from most industries. She is interested to see how many ways insurance can cover various things and how many policies can cover clients. Kristin's favorite things about working for PRM are the family-oriented atmosphere and how kind the clients are. Her favorite moments while working in insurance were when an equipment rental business caught on fire and she was able to help them find the right coverage so they did not have to close their business for even a day. This moment showed Kristin just how important the right insurance is to a business.

Mark is the Vice President of Priority Risk Management and the son of Steve Shoultz. Mark works with small businesses and individuals. He helps clients with auto and home insurance and lowering outta pocket expenses. He helps businesses with workers compensation. He works out of the Fishers, Indiana office and has been in the industry for 10 years. Mark likes the helping people aspect of insurance and being able to make a difference in their lives in times of tragedy. His favorite part about working at PRM is the flexibility in schedule so he can spend time with his family and the ability to bring new staff in and help them succeed.
Michele is an insurance agent. Michele's prime focus is Employee, Group Medical Benefits, Medicare, Life Insurance, Dental Vision, and overall problem-solving. She helps clients filter down the insurance jargon and get to exactly what the client needs. Michele works out of the South Bend, Indiana office and has been in the insurance business for 24 years. She likes the learning-on-your-feet aspect of insurance and likes the caring and understanding atmosphere of the PRM Team. Her proudest moments are being able to help and assist clients with protecting their lives and building long-lasting relationships along the way.
Nikko is an automation developer. He helps customers with taking care of forms and all automotive processes. He works with all of the offices including South Bend, Columbus, and Fishers, Indiana. He is stationed in the Philippines and has been in the automation industry for 3 years. Nikko loves that with insurance all the information is easy and accessible. Partnering with insurance has been an amazing experience for Nikko and his favorite part about being partnered with PRM is how much the company does to help their clients.

- Founder and Owner of Priority Risk Management
Steve is the founder and owner of Priority Risk Management. He wants customers to have a stable experience and will help discuss claims and answer any questions if needed. He works out of the Fishers, Indiana office and has been in the industry for almost 40 years. Steve loves being in a noble profession like insurance. He loves to help people and make a difference in their lives. He holds a lot of respect for the esteemed establishment he has created here at PRM. He loves working with his son Mark on a day-to-day basis and helping his clients as much as he can with their best interests at heart. His favorite memory with a client was when a dentist had a fire at one of their locations a couple of days before Thanksgiving and the whole place burned down. If it weren't for the coverage that PRM provided, 40 people would have been out of work that day. It shows how much of a difference insurance can have on people's lives.
Sue works in commercial lines. She helps clients with servicing commercial lines, servicing new businesses, taking down information for auto changes, and handling contractors. Sue works out of the South Bend, Indiana office and has been in the industry for 22 years. Her favorite part about insurance is making sure people are taken care of and if there is a loss then PRM will make sure they are protected. Sue's favorite quality about PRM is the family-oriented atmosphere and how everyone gets along in the workplace.

Teri is a personal line account manager and claims. She helps clients with handling their claims, handling the policies that go with those claims, and processing changes that are being made. Teri works out of the South Bend, Indiana Office and has been in the business for 37 years. Her favorite aspect of insurance is the relationship that is built between her and the clients. It is a family-like bond and she likes that she gets to help the clients in their time of need. Teri loves working at PRM because of the welcoming environment and how management takes care of their employees on a personal and professional level. Her favorite moment in insurance is when the client doesn't want to buy the recommended coverage but does anyway because they trust the agents and information. It makes her feel like she is doing her job right.

Tomala is an agency customer service representative or CSR for short. Tomala helps clients with personal insurance, reviewing policies, and giving suggestions on coverages. Updating increases, making changes where needed, fixing billing problems, and putting claims in. She works out of the Columbus, Indiana office and has been in the industry for 37 years. She loves being able to talk with people daily and loves to help people find the best policy for them. The biggest reason she loves working for PRM is how well the management cares for their employees and all of their ideas.
