Dr. Murray was born in India, raised in Seattle, and is now settled in Arizona after completing her obstetric/gynecology training at Banner University. She has also had additional training in integrative medicine and enjoys incorporating it into her medical practice.
Dr. Murray chose to practice in this field because of her passion for advocating for women's health. Her other interests include preventative medicine, contraception, in-office procedures such as operative hysteroscopy, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
She lives with her husband and is a huge foodie. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, exercising, reading, and traveling.

Amanda Mower, NP, has 22 years of bedside nursing and leadership experience, including 16 years of experience in high-risk labor and delivery. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying any kind of activity, and traveling.

Anna's deep appreciation and passion for midwifery care started while pregnant with her first child. After experiencing the compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care from midwives, she felt the strong calling to become a midwife herself and to provide comprehensive women's healthcare to women and their families in Phoenix, Arizona. Through her rigorous training and rich life experiences, Anna recognizes menarche, pregnancy, birth, and menopause as natural developmental processes of a woman's lifespan. She deeply desires to provide women and families respectful and compassionate care that they will feel empowered by.

Brooklyn is married and a mother of two. She has always been called to midwifery after being present for 2 of her 8 siblings being born. It is her passion to help women along their lifespan in achieving their health goals. In her free time she loves to cook, play games with her kids, and travel with her family. They are hoping to eventually include missionary work with their church among their travels.

Dr. Hurtt is board certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has interests in all aspects of general obstetrics and gynecology including high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and office procedures, abnormal bleeding, contraception, menopause and associated issues such as prolapse. Dr. Hurtt enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, trying new restaurants and also being a homebody.

Dr. Annie Lee was born and raised in Phoenix. She completed her undergraduate degree in Human Biology at Stanford University and then returned to the valley for medical school at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix. She stayed for residency at Banner University Medical Center. She was excited to remain in the area and join Maricopa OBGYN Associates.
Her special interests include prenatal care, contraceptive management, and preventative care. When not at work, she spends time with her husband Raul, and enjoys hiking with their dog, trying new restaurants, and traveling.

Dr. Karen Starkey is board certified in the US and Canada. She has practiced in Arizona for over twenty years and is currently a member of the OB Hospitalist team at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center.

Dr. Valencia Stephens is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She completed her residency training at Henry Ford Health Systems in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Stephens is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Midwestern University Physician Assistant School in Glendale, Arizona.

Dr. Walter is a board-certified ObGyn and has practiced in the West Valley since 2004. Dr. Walter began his career in general practice ObGyn in Joliet, Illinois, from 1998 to 2003 at Joliet Women's Health Center. He served as chairman of the Department of ObGyn from 2001 to 2003 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet. He moved to Phoenix, Arizona, in 2004 and joined Estrella Women's Health Center and currently serves as president. He also currently serves on the Bioethics Committee and Bylaws Committee at BEMC, and serves as a member of Clinical Consensus Group for Banner Health.
His areas of special interest are fertility assessment, diabetes and hypertension in pregnancy, pelvic pain and endometriosis, PCOS, menopause, and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Walter feels that patient education is paramount in helping a patient understand the underlying condition, as well as all the options for treatment. Dr. Walter is married and has three grown sons. He lives in the West Valley and is active in community service. He enjoys jogging and hiking.

Ingrid Gold was raised in Philadelphia and came to Arizona for college, where she fell in love with the desert and stayed. Ingrid is passionate about providing compassionate high-quality care to women throughout their lifespan and enlisting them as partners in their healthcare decision making. She has delivered thousands of babies throughout her career. While she has retired from delivering babies, she continues to provide office-based obstetric and gynecologic care to women.
Her special interests include serving a diverse population, adolescent healthcare, normal and high-risk pregnancies, and breastfeeding. Ingrid's outside interests include spending time with family, working out, hiking, volunteering, travel, and reading.

Dr. Oland is a board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist who has practiced in Phoenix since 2004. Dr. Oland currently serves as the Department Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Abrazo West Hospital and on the Credentials Committee at Banner Estrella Medical Center. This work is part of his commitment to serving the community, as well as his patients.
Dr. Oland chose to practice in the field of women's health due to his desire to make a positive impact in his patient's lives. Caring for women during pregnancy and throughout their lifetime is an honor and a privilege for him. Dr. Oland's clinical interests include normal and high-risk pregnancy and advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, such as DaVinci Robotics, complex laparoscopy, and vaginal surgery. Dr. Oland also performs many in-office procedures, such as endometrial ablation and operative hysteroscopy.
Dr. Oland lives in Phoenix with his wife, Ann, a pediatrician, his two children, and two labradoodles (Leo and Lucy). In his free time, he enjoys hiking, swimming, and dining at local restaurants with friends and family.

Kristin Watras, WHNP, followed a unique path in becoming a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. After graduating from Arizona State University, Kristin joined Disney Cruise Line and spent the next five years at sea, traveling the world as a Disney entertainer. She then decided to change career paths completely and became a registered nurse. Although Kristin began her nursing career in Neurosurgery and ICU, she always knew her calling was women and infant health. Kristin spent six years caring for moms and helping deliver babies as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Banner Estrella Medical Center. In 2019, Kristin earned her Master's Degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and is now a certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. After helping deliver many babies with the doctors of Estrella Women's Health Center over the years, Kristin knew she wanted to join their team as a Nurse Practitioner. Kristin is mom to a young daughter and enjoys traveling, crafting, and going on cruises.

Nicole is passionate about midwifery and the support it provides to her patients. For her pregnant patients, Nicole's desire is to empower and support their birth plans, all while honoring the process of physiologic birth. Nicole strives to help women feel confident in the knowledge of their bodies, and in their awareness of any normal or abnormal changes that may occur. Nicoles loves her two earthside babies, Ezra and Lucy, and her one heaven-side baby, Hope, lost to miscarriage. Pregnancy and infant loss are close to Nicole's heart and her hope is to support women who experience them in any way she is able.
As a nurse, Nicole worked mostly in pediatrics and spent five years practicing at Phoenix Children's Hospital. Nicole has always had a deep desire to be a midwife, and was able to study at Frontier Nursing University where she completed her Master's degree in Nursing Midwifery. Nicole has a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
During her studies, Nicole was honored to spend time training at a birth center and has been able to incorporate those skills and knowledge into the hospital practice.
In her free time, Nicole is active in her Christian faith, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Paula Grimes McEachen received her medical degree in 1986 from Chicago Medical School. She then went on to complete her OBGYN residency in 1990 at Texas Tech University

Dr. Rathee became board certified in ObGyn in 2008. During his training, Dr. Rathee held several appointments as Chief Resident, Clinical Instructor at Michigan State. He has also been on the board of reviewers for a major textbook on obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Rathee has been practicing both obstetrics and gynecology with a focus on reconstructive pelvic surgery and minimally invasive surgery including SILS Hysterectomy. Dr. Rathee also performs in-office endometrial ablations and sterilization procedures.
Dr. Rathee and his wife, Jyotsna, have one son. Together they enjoy dining, movies, and international travel.

Dr. Colwell moved to Phoenix in 2003 to attend Midwestern University's Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale. She graduated in 2008, spending her last three years of medical school on an academic scholarship teaching and lecturing to the osteopathic medical students while completing her degree. She received her specialty training from Banner Good Samaritan Ob/Gyn Residency Program (now University of Arizona - Banner University Medical Center), completed in June 2012. She joined Estrella Women's Health Center in 2012.
Dr. Colwell specializes in obstetrics, including higher risk patients, minimally invasive surgery, adolescent medicine, holistic care through wellness and nutrition, patient advocacy, hormone replacement, and wellness education. She is especially interested in the challenges of women seeking balance throughout all facets of life. Additionally, she specializes in the perimenopausal and menopausal treatment with additional training in hormone balancing and replacement.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and children, reading, fitness, travel, and cooking.

Dr. Gandhi-List completed her residency at the Ohio State University in Columbus in 2005 and is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She was in private practice for six years in the San Francisco area before becoming an OB Hospitalist at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. Dr. Gandhi-List's interests include improving perinatal safety on Labor and Delivery and taking care of high-risk obstetric patients.
