Chris Carson is a highly accomplished professional in the field of program and project controls, currently serving as the Enterprise Director of Program & Project Controls & Associate Vice President at ARCADIS U.S., a leading global Engineering and PMCM firm. With over 40 years of experience in Program/Construction Management, Chris specializes in various disciplines including Planning & Scheduling, Cost Management, Risk Management, Document Control, and Forensic Analysis. He has successfully managed projects across multiple industries such as education, municipal, commercial, industrial, government, military, and medical, with a focus on facilities, infrastructure/transportation, water and wastewater treatment, utilities, and environmental projects.
Chris Carson is widely recognized as a thought leader in the industry and actively contributes to several industry associations including CMAA, AACE International, RICS, PMI, and the Guild of Project Controls. He has delivered over 500 industry sessions, authored or contributed to more than 25 publications, and received numerous awards for his exceptional contributions, including the prestigious 2011 AACE International "Technical Excellence" award and the 2009 PMI College of Scheduling award for "Significant Contributions to the Scheduling Industry." Additionally, he received the "Chairman's Award" from CMAA in 2006 for his contributions to the construction management industry.

Jeancarlo's proficiency spans all planning and controls disciplines, allowing him to excel in diverse project environments and successfully lead large teams and project setups. Walter Lipke is the creator of the Earned Schedule technique, which is a significant enhancement to Earned Value Management (EVM), extending its cost-based features to the management and control of schedule performance. Based on this technique, Walter has also authored a book named Earned Schedule.
Walter Lipke has over 35 years of experience in the development, maintenance, and management of software for automated testing and industrial process control. In 2005, Walter retired as deputy chief of the Software Division at Tinker Air Force Base, where he led the organization to achieve several software process improvement milestones, including the coveted SEI/IEEE award for Software Process Achievement.
Mr. Lipke is a graduate of the USA DoD course for Program Managers. He is a professional engineer with a master's degree in physics and is a member of the physics honor society, Sigma Pi Sigma.
Walter Lipke is well known as the creator of the Earned Schedule technique, which extracts schedule information from earned value data. In 2012, he authored the Earned Schedule book.
In recognition of his leadership role and contribution to project management resulting from his creation of the Earned Schedule method, Mr. Lipke received distinguished awards such as:
