Vintage Cellar Hands engage in a wide range of cellar operations ranging from grape receival and crushing through to fermentationcare, press operation, cellar hygiene, wine transfers and barrel work... Project Wine is a state of the art Grape Processing, Winemaking and storage facility, specialising in bulk wine supply. Established in 2001, it is strategically located less than one hour from some of South Australia's best known wine regions, including Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek, and less than two hours from the Limestone Coast and Barossa Valley.
