Amanda has been working with medical aesthetics and advanced laser technology since 2007 and has been a part of the Red Mountain family since 2012. She holds multiple advanced training certificates for a wide variety of aesthetic and laser treatments, as well as CoolSculpting®. She began her career as a licensed medical aesthetician and certified laser technician, and later began applying her skills to help educate and train others. Amanda has a great passion for what this industry has to offer and loves being able to help others look and feel their best! During her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and enhancing her photography skills.

Founder & Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Suzanne Bentz, D.O., has practiced medicine for more than 30 years, pursuing a lifelong passion of helping patients lose weight. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine, and strongly believes that a physician is most qualified to help patients achieve safe and healthy weight loss. Dr. Bentz is a proud graduate of Texas Christian University, where she studied nutrition/health science. She received her Medical degree in 1991 from the University of North Texas Health Science Center.

Jamie is our Lead Medical Aesthetician and has been part of the Red Mountain family since 2012. She has been a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician in Arizona since 2006. Jamie has advanced knowledge and training in field of medical aesthetics. She is also a Certified CoolSculpting® Specialist with a keen eye for creating customized treatment to transformation plans to help our patients reach their goals. Jamie believes in educating patients on their journey for healthy skin and body. She understands her patients' needs and addresses their concerns from aging skin and acne to difficult pigment issues and body contouring through the use of medical grade products and treatments. In her downtime, Jamie enjoys traveling and adventures with her husband and friends.

Jamie Lynn has been a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician for the past 13 years. Her passion for corrective skin care has led her to the medical aesthetics field, and since starting with Red Mountain Med Spa 5 years ago, she has become a CoolSculpting specialist. She understands her patients' needs and addresses their concerns from overall anti-aging and acne to difficult pigment issues and body contouring through the use of medical grade products and treatments, lasers and non-invasive treatments. When not working at Red Mountain Med Spa, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband, twin girls and her animals, and she enjoys traveling and being outdoors.

Lesi Mara is a Portland, Oregon native and now resides in Phoenix, Arizona. Lesi has been working with Medical Aesthetics and advanced laser technology since 2011. As a dedicated skin care expert and Certified Cosmetic Laser Technician, Lesi seeks to educate others about proper skin care, appropriate treatment selection, and customized regimens. She truly enjoys client interaction and can be found dispensing advice. She leads a very active lifestyle and enjoys spending time with friends and her English bulldog, Ferguson.

Lynndsey is an Arizona Native from Mesa, where she trained to become a Board Licensed Aesthetician and Laser Technician. She graduated from the International Academy of Esthetics in 2008 and later went to Advanced Laser training in 2009. She strongly believes in continuing her Aesthetic education so that she is always able to perform the most advanced and best treatments available. According to Lynndsey, the most rewarding part of her job is transforming her patient's skin. She loves Disneyland and her hobbies consist of spending time with her husband and son and watching movies.

Michelle Richards has been working in the beauty and skin care industry since 2002. During her time as a manager for The Body Shop, she found her passion for helping others feel good about themselves through skin care. In 2003, she became licensed in aesthetics and later that year continued to further her education in medical aesthetics and massage therapy. Michelle has worked in diverse areas of the spa industry including medical spas, resorts and upscale day spas which provided an extensive and diverse knowledge in skin care treatments and products. In 2012, Michelle became a certified laser technician to help amplify her skin care knowledge, and to keep up with the forever changing skin care industry. Michelle joined the team at Red Mountain in June 2016 and has shared her passion by building lasting relationships with her patients through trust, education and support in their long term aesthetic goals. Michelle looks forward to continued growth with Red Mountain and building relationships with her patients The Red Mountain Way.

Shawna grew up in Colorado but has been living in Arizona since 1998. She graduated from Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics in 2016 and is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician. Shawna specializes in customizing treatment plans for a broad range of skin types and is passionate about educating her patients on products and treatments that will address their specific concerns. She loves helping her patients reach and achieve all their goals. She could not imagine doing anything else!

Susana has always been passionate about facial aesthetics and decided to pursue her dream career as a Nurse Injector in 2019. She combines her facial anatomy knowledge and expertise in cosmetic injections to help her patients achieve their desired aesthetic goals. She also loves educating patients on various aesthetic products and providing them with customized treatment plans to meet their specific needs.

Tanya is a licensed aesthetician, cosmetic laser technician and CoolSculpting® provider offering services at several locations. Tanya is dedicated to the field of clinical aesthetics and passionate in helping patients achieve optimal skin health and vitality. She graduated from the Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics with a certification as an Advanced Skincare Practitioner and Laser Technician and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Business. Tanya specializes in advanced laser and skincare modalities with continued education to provide her patients with the most up to date treatments and protocols. She has received advanced training in a variety of skincare concerns including anti-aging, hyperpigmentation, acne, scarring and body contouring with a special interest and advanced certifications in problematic skin and collagen induction therapy. Tanya finds true passion and fulfillment in helping patients achieve their skin and body aesthetic goals through patient education and individualized treatment plans. In her spare time she enjoys reading educational books and spending time with her two fur babies, Jax and Ollie.

Born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Taylor attended Penrose Academy in 2015 to become an esthetician and laser technician and has been working in the beauty industry since. Not only does Taylor have a passion in making her patients feel their best inside, but to also make them look their best on the outside. She is dedicated to continuing her education to progress with the evolving industry in order to provide her patients with the most up to date treatments. During her free time Taylor enjoys creating memories with her son and daughter and doing yoga.
