Abrielle has worked with corporate in-house creative, marketing, communications and events teams, and she has experience working as a freelance designer, creating brand assets, websites and various physical pieces for clients across the United States. Abrielle earned her BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Alyssa Aiello

Amy Edwards

Before coming to the University of Illinois, Ms. Edwards served as the Assistant Director of Planning and Institutional Studies at Eastern Illinois University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree in Computer Management and a Master of Business Administration degree from Eastern Illinois University.

Andrea Hoey

Andrea Hoey is the Associate Provost for Budget and Financial Analysis. In this role, she assists the Vice Provost and Executive Associate Provost with administration of the annual budget process, strategic financial planning, and monitoring the financial health of the campus. Ms. Hoey's duties include working on the development of multi-year funding models and analysis, annual budget allocations, tuition rate requests, and management of central campus resources. In addition, she serves the campus on various committees and as a primary budget liaison for academic and administrative units. Andrea has 20 years of higher-education financial experience and has worked at Illinois in budget and financial reporting at the College of Law and University Administration before joining our office. Andrea has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and an MS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.

Anna Mehl

As Assistant Director for Academic Compliance & Reporting, Anna Mehl collaborates with administration, faculty and staff on matters related to internal and external compliance for academic programs. She works closely with the Executive Associate Provost for Academic Programs and with campus units to identify reporting requirements, manage compliance-related data collection and provide continuous support for compliance initiatives. Anna came to the Office of the Provost from the Center for Innovation in Teaching & Learning (CITL) where she held leadership positions in the areas of online strategy, academic program management and lifelong learning. Prior to joining Illinois, she worked in the health care field and led community outreach, educational programs and marketing efforts. She holds a master's degree from Eastern Illinois University and a bachelor's degree from Millikin University.

Anne Marshall

Anne Marshall is the Associate Director of Budget Operations and Analysis. She performs functions related to budget operations and maintenance for the University, reporting and analysis of the financial condition of campus units, and prepares tuition and miscellaneous revenue forecasts. Prior to joining the Office of the Provost, Ms. Marshall had nearly eight years of university experience in financial management and reporting, most recently as Assistant Director of System Government Costing. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Franklin University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Springfield.

Barbara Geissler

Brad is a licensed Architect in the State of Illinois and is a LEED Accredited Professional with over thirty years of professional experience, including eight years at the University of Illinois. Prior to joining the Office of the Provost, Mr. Klein was part of the team in the University's Facilities & Services Capital Programs division, which he joined in 2015. There he served as Interim Associate Director for Project Planning, Assistant Director for Deferred Maintenance, and Architect, Capital Maintenance Planning. He also worked for a regional architectural firm as a Project Architect. As the Senior Planner for Capital Planning, Bradley Klein assists in strategic planning, stewarding, and managing the physical resource needs of the campus in collaboration with academic and administrative units, reporting to the Assistant Provost for Capital Planning.

Brian Bundren

There, he served as Planner, Project Manager, and Senior Planner. He also previously worked for a local architecture firm as a Project Architect. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. As the Assistant Provost for Capital Planning, Brian Bundren is responsible for ensuring the effective use of campus facilities, including over 13 million square feet assigned in support of academic activities. He plays a major role in all efforts to maintain and improve the physical infrastructure of campus in collaboration with academic and administrative units, reporting to the Associate Chancellor/Vice Provost for Budget and Resource Planning.

Brooke Newell

Charlotte Peloquin

Ms. Peloquin's background includes graphic design, project management, communications, branding, and marketing. Dana Cohen

Dan Mann is the Associate Provost for Enrollment Management with responsibility for campus enrollment, undergraduate admissions, student financial aid, registration and records, enrollment management communications, data analysis and system services, and the Principal's Scholars Program. Dan began his career in 1980 at Southern Illinois University Carbondale and joined the University of Illinois in 2004 as Director of Student Financial Aid. He has a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and an M.B.A. from Southern Illinois University. He has served as the 2015-16 National Chair of NASFAA (National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators), the 2011-13 National Chair of COSUAA (Coalition of State University Aid Administrators), the 2005-06 President of MASFAA (Midwest Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators) and the 1996-97 President of ILASFAA (Illinois Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators).

While at Howard, he worked as a Data Analyst in the Office of Institutional Assessment and Evaluation where he provided technical assistance to units and managed institutional data.

Lisa J. Anderson

Lisa J. Anderson leads the Office of Online Learning (OOL) and oversees inclusive and equity-minded strategic partnerships and initiatives that promote student success, excellence, and innovation in digital education. William Bernhard

Dr. Bernhard served as the Interim Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Provost from August 2022 through July 2023 and as Associate Provost for Faculty Development from January 2015 through May 2017. He served as Interim Executive Associate Dean for the College of Media from May 2016 through May 2017, when he was appointed Vice Provost for Academic Affairs. Prior to joining the Provost's Office, he served as head of the Department of Political Science (2007-15). In 2014-15, he was an associate in the Center for Advanced Study. As Executive Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, William Bernhard provides leadership in the areas of academic and faculty affairs. His portfolio includes faculty development, the Provost Fellows program, human resources, academic awards, and assessment. Dr. Bernhard is also Interim Associate Chancellor and Vice Provost for Budget and Resource Planning, providing strategic budget planning and allocation advice to the Chancellor and Provost, guidance to the university in areas related to budget, finance, planning and resource allocation, leadership and management of the campus budget office.
