I'm a Georgia girl at heart but lived in Nashville for a very long time before we relocated to Clarksville. I am a mom to my amazing son CJ! When we aren't at one of his sports games, we love traveling, spending time with family, outdoors or looking for new foods to try. I am blessed to be a part of our Reflections family, including our wonderful patients.
My name is Amy Tinker. I am a Clarksville native. My husband, John, and I have one daughter named Paige. I have three wonderful grand babies. We are avid hunters and love to be outdoors. I am happy to be part of the Reflections family.

My name is Carolina Hendrickson. I recently joined the Reflections family in 2021. My husband, fur baby, and I are new to Tennessee and can't wait to explore it! I love road trips and trying new places to eat.
My name is Cassandra, but I go by Cassy. I joined the Reflections family this year, and I am excited to be a part of this incredible team. I am from Rockford, IL, but I moved to Clarksville in 2022 with my husband, Dominic, and our two kittens. When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to the gym, and exploring Tennessee.

My name is Destiny Anderson and I have been an orthodontic assistant since 2004. I am very blessed, I can say I truly love what I do and find it very rewarding. When I am not with my work family, I have three amazing children that are my world and keep me very busy.

Dr. Katie McCormack is the newest member of the Reflections family. She grew up in Annapolis, Maryland and recently moved to Nashville with her husband, dog, and two cats. Dr. McCormack is very excited to explore all the wonderful things Tennessee has to offer and welcomes all recommendations for things to explore in the local community. In her spare time, she loves painting, hiking, yoga, boating, and skiing.
Dr. McCormack received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery, Master of Science in Dental Biomedical Sciences, and Certificate of Postgraduate Orthodontics. She completed an intensive fellowship course in clear aligners and has advanced training in 3D dental technology and laser/electrosurgery. Dr. McCormack is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics, where she served on three special councils for government advocacy, political action, and as a liaison for new and young members. In 2020, she was selected among her dental school class to receive the American Association of Orthodontists Award, and in 2023, she received another AAO award for outstanding leadership and service. She is passionate about the field of orthodontics and all of her patients.

Dr. Scott Blackman joined the practice in 1996. He is an officer in the Tennessee Dental Association and is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Tennessee Dental Association, Southern Association of Orthodontists, Tennessee Association of Orthodontists and the Eighth District Dental Society. Dr. Blackman has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 20-plus years and has three boys, Connor, Griffin, and Brennan. When he is not creating Designer Smiles, Dr. Blackman is a competitive triathlete and runner, having competed in seven Ironman Triathlons and over 25 marathons!
Education
Dr. Blackman received his undergraduate and dental education from the University of Tennessee, where he also completed his postgraduate orthodontic residency. Dr. Blackman is a graduate of the World Clinical Laser Institute for laser dentistry with Level II certification, and is a graduate of the Ritz Carlton Leadership Center for service excellence.

My name is Gloria Henshaw. I have been a part of the Smiles Team since 1991. I am an avid bicyclist, and like to hike, fish, and kayak. I love the water and enjoy being on the beach, camping, and sitting by a fire is very relaxing to me on the weekend. I enjoy spending time with my family. I also love spending time with Ella, my sweet little yorkie.

My name is Kaitlynn. I have been a dental assistant since 2021. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we just welcomed our first baby girl in October of 2023. We also have a fur baby who is part chow and part Australian Shepard.
My name is Kaylyn. I am a dental assistant in the Army Reserves and work as a Smile Technician here at Reflections. Outside of working on teeth, I enjoy hiking, running, and being with family.

My name is Kim. It has been a blessing to be able to continue my work experience with Reflections. My career has consisted of 25-plus years of making life-changing smiles.
I am a Mississippi girl who was brought up on a large agricultural farm in the Delta raising row crops, beef cows, sheep and horses. There I learned competitive horsemanship skills that led me to competing in rodeos and horse show events. Even today horses and faithful German Shepherd are my trusted companions. My other interests include farmhouse arts and crafts, decorating and yard work. I have a son, daughter and grandkids that I love spending time with.

My name is Meghan Bosse. I am originally from Philadelphia, PA, but relocated to Middle Tennessee in 2018. I am married to my husband, Tim; we have a one-year-old daughter, Ellie, and will welcome another baby girl this summer. I enjoy trying new coffee shops and spending time outside with my family. I am so thankful to be a part of the Reflections family and am so proud of how we take care of our patients, their families, and each other!

Hey, y'all! I have been a part of Reflections Orthodontics since February 2022! I love all things about Dentistry. I discovered my passion for teeth when I became an orthodontic patient. I am a mom of two. When I am not busy with my kiddos, my hobbies are hot yoga, weight lifting, reading, exploring new places, and trying new restaurants.

My name is Melissa Moore. I have been in the orthodontic field since 2002. I am married and we have three children. Our youngest was born in 2019 and he keeps us busy, along with two teenagers. We have a miniature schnauzer, a great dane, and chickens. I enjoy doing anything outdoors, gardening, and spending time with family.
My name is Mica Pounds. I was born and raised here in Clarksville. My husband Jeff and I have two grown children, Dylan and Madison, who are both married, and a grandson named Dakota. I am an active member of Fountain of Life Church and a huge Cubs fan. I have been a member of the Reflections team since 1996.
I have been a Dental Assistant for 4 years, all of which have been spent as an Orthodontic Assistant. I have prior service in the Army as an OR Tech. I enjoyed that but am happier talking to patients who are conscious. The Military (Army) brought my little family here to Clarksville in 2014, and we are planning on planting our roots here. The fishing and hunting are GREAT!

My name is Tiffany Parker. I became a part of the Reflections family in February of 2013. I married my husband, Caleb, in September of 2018. We have a daughter, Payton Kay. She was born in May 2020 and we also have three fur babies.
My name is Tonya Jones. I have been married to my wonderful husband for over 30 years. We have an amazing daughter who is a registered Dental Hygienist. I love spending time with my sweet little grand daughter who is the apple of my eye. I enjoy reading, photography, camping, and crafts.
