Brian Buchner - VP

Brian is the Chief of Homelessness Operations and Street Strategies for Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, where he manages and oversees the City's homeless outreach, engagement, law enforcement, sanitation, and emergency response protocols. Prior to this, he worked directly in civilian oversight of policing for more than a decade before becoming the Mayor's Public Safety Policy Director. Brian currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the Integrated Recovery Network, a nonprofit homeless service agency in Los Angeles that provides people experiencing homelessness access to housing, health care, and employment. Additionally, he serves as a senior fellow with the New York University School of Law's Policing Project; as a senior fellow with the University of California, Los Angeles Luskin School of Public Affairs; and as an advisor to the American Law Institute's Policing Project. Brian is a past president of the National Association for Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement, the nation's largest civilian oversight organization, and he has testified before President Barack Obama's Task Force on 21st Century Policing and the United Nations, as well as blue ribbon commissions, local governments, and community groups across the United States. He served for ten years, from 2005-2015, as a commissioner on the Santa Monica Social Services Commission, including serving for more than two years as chair. Brian obtained his bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, and his master's degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in St. Louis, Missouri.

Diran Bandazian

Diran Bandazian is a finance executive with a CPA background with over 20 years experience in auditing, accounting and executive management reporting. His current responsibilities include overseeing financial management and operations while ensuring and maintaining a healthy financial outlook. He has been with the Walt Disney Company for the majority of his finance career and also worked with a regional CPA firm in Washington DC. Prior to Disney, Diran began his career at the CPA firm of Urbach, Kahn & Werlin in Washington DC specializing in Federal government agency audits, including the INS, Department of Defense, and Bureau of Prisons. He graduated with honors from The American University in Washington, DC with a degree in Accounting. Diran was born in Richmond, VA and grew up there until he moved to Washington DC for school and work. Diran relocated to California in 2000 and is married to Maria Kupelian.

Frank Greico - CFO, Treasurer

Frank Greico has been a CFO and senior operating exceutive for both public and private companies in the Healthcare, Manufacturing, Software and Technology industries for most of his career. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Discus Dental bringing over 30 years of finance experience to the company. His current responsibilities include overseeing the company's global financial, accounting, taxation activities, and providing strategic and operational leadership. Prior to his tenure at Discus, Mr. Greico served as Chief Financial Officer among other executive management positions for Catalytic Solutions, Infotrieve Inc, Phatnoise, PeopleLink, Quarterdeck Corporation, Knowledge Adventure, Inc., and WR Grace & Company. He began his career at Price Waterhouse Cooper's New York office. Mr. Greico is a CPA and earned his MBA and BBA from Pace University in New York . Mr. Greico is the parent of a disabled child who is a Ride On rider.

Gloria Hamblin

Gloria Hamblin has worked with physically disabled, geriatric, developmentally disabled and emotionally disturbed children and adults for over 30 years. Her work experience includes therapeutic recreation camps, convalescent hospitals, and psychiatric hospitals with adolescents and chronic mentally ill patients. Ms. Hamblin has also coached three international dressage teams for the USA as well as the 1996 USA Paralympics Equestrian Team in Atlanta . She serves as Ride On's Program Director in addition to serving on the Board of Directors. Ms. Hamblin received her Therapeutic Recreation degree from California State University at Northridge.

Joel Adelman

Joel Adelman has been active in the Commercial Real Estate industry since 1988. He was the Senior Investment Officer and Partner of SCI Real Estate Investment Company. He oversaw the acquisition and sales of this the largest 1031 Exchange company in the United States. Prior to that he was the Managing Partner of Lee and Associates Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Company. He was responsible for managing the Sherman Oaks and Los Angeles offices. He began his real estate career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker with CB Richard Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield of California. After graduation from Woodbury University he entered the recycling industry and established Pacific Coast Metals, Inc, which grew into one of the largest and most respected national and international trader and recycling firms of non-ferrous scrap metals in the Western United States. During that time he became a co-founder & member of the Board of Directors of American International Bank. He has been an active supporter of numerous charities in the Los Angeles area. They include Encino Little League, Jewish Home for the Aging and Valley & Beth Shalom Day School. He has been a weekly volunteer at Ride On for the past 8 years. Joel is excited to serve as President of Ride On and is looking forward to their continued success for many years to come.

Larry Goldman

Larry Goldman is Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for Beach Point Capital Management. Mr. Goldman has been in the financial industry since 1986. Prior to Beach Point he was Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Post Advisory Group. Mr. Goldman was previously at AIG SunAmerica, where he served in various roles including General Counsel of SunAmerica Life Insurance Company. Prior to AIG SunAmerica, he worked for eight years at the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers, specializing in banking, finance, and corporate law. Mr. Goldman received a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego and a J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley.

Scott Mitchell

Scott Mitchell is currently a self-employed Information Technology consultant. He previously worked in IT at Amgen in Thousand Oaks, Imation (formerly 3M) in Camarillo, and during his last assignment on Active Duty in the US Navy before transferring to the Navy Reserve in 1999. Mitchell's Active Duty began in 1986 with flight school, culminating in being designated an S-3 Viking pilot, and he flew in the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Storm in 1991. In June 2014 he retired from the Navy Reserve after 28 years of combined Active and Reserve duty. Mitchell is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor's Degree in Physics, holds a Master's Degree in Security Management from Webster University, and is a licensed Commercial pilot. In addition to being a board member, he volunteers as a handyman at the Thousand Oaks RideOn location. His three daughters Marie, Allison and Emily are also RideOn volunteers. When not ‘being a geek' or getting his hands dirty he enjoys bicycle riding, both road and mountain, reading the latest Stephen King novel, or studying the Civil War.

Tim Meissner

Tim Meissner has been involved in his family business, Meissner Mfg., Co. Inc., for 19 years. The business manufactures swimming pool and spa filters. He worked in production for 4 years before moving into the customer service side of the business. He has since moved back into production and is currently responsible for the machine operations. As V.P. of Machine Operations, he creates the work provided to 50 employees on the assembly line, lean machine operation and set up. Tim's family business has also continued to support and work with non-profit organizations throughout the years, such as C.A.T.S. (Center for Assault Treatment Services). They also continue to support Northridge Hospital Medical Center and Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center. Tim grew up with a passion for horses and rode as a teenager. The combination of working with children and horses brought him to Ride On as volunteer. He has since been invited to be a board member which has opened the door for him to be more involved and enthusiastic about the success of the program. He looks forward to being committed in the continued support, which Ride On provides, for many years to come.

Wyatt McCrea - President

Wyatt McCrea has spent the bulk of his career in the commercial real estate and financial services industries, and he holds real estate, insurance and securities licenses. In recent years Mr. McCrea has spent time with family businesses including the family cattle ranch in New Mexico . He is also involved in producing commercials and smaller budget feature films. In addition to being a Ride On board member, Mr. McCrea currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Cowboy Museum and Western Heritage Center in Oklahoma City, a member of the Board for the Will Rogers Ranch Foundation, a member of the Executive Committee for the Golden Boot Awards benefiting the Motion Picture Home and Hospital, a member of the Rodeo Historical Society, a Life Member of the New Mexico Military Institute Alumni Association, and a member of the Community Leadership Council for the Boys and Girls Club of Camarillo. Mr. McCrea received his degree in Business Administration from Principia College in Elsah , Illinois . Born in Southern California, Mr. McCrea is from a California family whose roots in the Thousand Oaks area trace back to 1933 when his grandfather, the late Joel McCrea first moved to this community.
