Alan Weinstein

Alan Weinstein is currently a board member of and a consultant to healthcare companies whose products and services are used by the hospital industry. He is the retired President of Premier Inc. a strategic alliance of over 1,700 hospitals throughout the United States. Mr. Weinstein left Premier in 2000 after merging his previous company, Premier Health Alliance, with AmHS and SunHealth in 1995. During his tenure at Premier, the Alliance's members purchased $12 billion annually in goods and services negotiated by Premier on their behalf. The alliance also provided its members with broad-based services including process design, benchmarking, performance improvement, technology assessment, insurance programs and biomedical engineering maintenance programs. From 1983 to 1995, Mr. Weinstein was the CEO and President of Premier Health Alliance, a strategic alliance owned by 54 teaching hospitals across the nation. During his three-decade career in healthcare, Mr. Weinstein has supported medical care organizations in developing shared programs and achieving greater economies of scale. Mr. Weinstein currently also serves on the board of the American International Health Alliance, and is a speaker and writer on collaborative endeavors in hospital and health system management. Mr. Weinstein has a BA from Allegheny College and an MBA from Cornell University.

Amanda Dimov

Amanda is a Corporate Accountant and her primary responsibility is managing the accounting for assigned portfolios of properties as well as performing financial analyses and preparing financial reporting packages for the portfolios. Amanda comes to Rendina with over 15 years of accounting experience that includes performing audits across multiple industries working with Yeo & Yeo, P.C., and most recently working as a Controller at Ventron Management. Amanda has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Kettering University, and a Masters in Accounting from Oakland University. Amanda also holds a CPA license.

Anne Marie Farragher

Anne Marie Farragher is a Property Administrator for Rendina. Her primary responsibility is to assist in the administration of assigned properties in New Jersey, and to provide high level administrative support to the property manager. Anne has strong operational management experience having held multiple positions of increasing responsibility over more than 25 years working at Cravath, Swaine, & Moore LLP, a firm that has 1,200 employees and occupies 500,000 sf. In her role as a Senior Facilities Specialist, she was the liaison with building property management to provide the necessary support and work environment for the law firm. Anne Marie holds a Construction Management Certification.

Barry Schochet

Barry Schochet served in several executive capacities at Tenet Healthcare Corporation, including vice chairman. He also served as the hospital division president for National Medical Enterprises and as chief executive officer of Cypress Community Hospital in Pompano Beach, FL. Mr. Schochet also currently serves as a board member of Omnicare and Universal Hospital Services. He previously served on the board of directors for The Broadlane Group. He also serves as an advisor to ARxChange. Mr. Schochet holds a master's degree in hospital administration from George Washington University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Maine.

Brad has been with Rendina since 2001 and brings more than three decades of experience as an architect and developer with several nationally recognized companies specializing in medical and healthcare facility design. Brad uses his in-depth knowledge of building systems and the design process to expertly manage third-party architects and contractors. He has designed or provided construction management services for over 2.5 million square feet of outpatient medical facilities. His extensive healthcare planning background including outpatient surgical facilities, medical office buildings, physical therapy and cardiac rehabilitation suites, medical and radiation oncology centers, and diagnostic radiology facilities provides direct benefit to our clients' new facilities. Brad holds a Master of Architecture, Master of Business Administration, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Design, cum laude from Arizona State University.

Brian C. Butler - CMO

Brian C. Cich - COO

Responsibilities: Development | Company Operations Brian C. Cich, Chief Operating Officer, oversees operations for Rendina. Brian has significant experience with all phases of project development, planning, land acquisition, zoning, permitting, development approvals, developments of regional impact, mixed use developments, and condominium projects. Prior to joining Rendina, Brian was a partner with a law firm where his practice included real estate law, commercial loan and financing transactions, condominium law, land use, zoning, commercial leasing, and development transactions. He holds a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Brian is a married father of three girls who participates in several charitable and humanitarian projects. Brian and his Rendina colleagues regularly prepare and distribute meals locally with the Big Heart Brigade Thanksgiving Feast. He has been active in missions to Haiti and in the local area, and he and his wife Katie helped to lead the marriage ministry at their church. Brian currently serves on the Board of Directors of MyClinic Jupiter and is the sponsor for Rendina's Culture Committee.

Brian R. Mock

Responsibilities: Construction | Development Brian Mock is Executive Vice President - Construction and Development for Rendina. Brian has over 35 years of experience in real estate development and construction management working for several national real estate development and construction companies. Brian has managed the construction and development of dozens of medical office buildings and medical facilities. Previously Brian has managed the approval, design and construction for a wide array of projects including residential subdivisions, office and retail complexes, and hotels. Brian is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction.

Brianna Remillard

Brint Hahn - CFO

Responsibilities: Financial Analysis | Asset Management Brint Hahn is Director of Finance & Asset Management. Since joining Rendina, Brint has provided underwriting for more than 2 million square feet of completed development and acquisition transactions. In his current role Brint is responsible for providing asset management services for Rendina's portfolio of more than 1.2 million square feet and assisting in debt and equity structuring. Prior to joining Rendina Brint worked at organizations including Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Morgan Stanley, Aduro Asset Group and most recently Franklin Templeton where he was a Pricing Analyst for the Fort Lauderdale Equity Desk. Brint has a Bachelors of Science in Corporate Finance from the University of Akron. Brint and his family are based in Franklin, Tenn.

Calvin Brown - SVP

Calvin has over 40 years of experience in both the real estate development and general contracting business. Calvin was also founder and CEO of H.C. Brown Construction Company, Inc., a general contracting firm licensed to perform unlimited general building, utilities, and highway and sewer plant contracts. Calvin is a graduate of Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has a professional contractor's license in five states and is currently a member of the American General Contractors Association and the Professional Estimators Association of America.

Christine Goodine

Christine Goodine is a Property Administrator for Rendina. Christine works with properties in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Virginia and Connecticut. Her primary responsibility is to assist in the administration of assigned properties. She also provides high level administrative support to the Property Manager, and is responsible for maintaining outstanding tenant relations at her assigned properties. Christine previous experience includes working as an Assistant Property Manager at Avison Young. Prior to that she was an Administrative Assistant at Island Hospitality Management Corp.

Christy Evans - Chief Legal Officer

Christy Evans is General Counsel. As General Counsel, Christy leads the legal department in the documentation of all of Rendina's acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, ground leasing, management and operational activities. Prior to her appointment as General Counsel, Christy served as Rendina's Associate Legal Counsel, then Deputy General Counsel, for over 10 years. Prior to coming to Rendina, Christy represented clients in several aspects of transactional law, including work in public finance, commercial real estate acquisitions and financing, commercial leasing, corporate and securities, regulatory and governmental practice areas. She has also served as General Counsel to the Housing Finance Authority of Palm Beach County, Florida. Christy has worked with many local developers and residential construction companies on the financing of infrastructure for residential developments as well as representing various developers in the area of professional and regulatory licensing with regard to acquiring liquor, hotel and restaurant licenses; occupational licenses; and contractor's licenses.

Corinna Gosman

Responsibilities: Lease Administration Corinna Gosman is a Lease Administrator and is responsible for tenant information and lease management for all managed properties. Corinna comes to Rendina with over twelve years of lease administration, legal assistant and property management experience which she obtained while working for such organizations as Phoenix Realty Management, LLC, Avison Young and most recently CBRE. Corinna has a Bachelor degree in Sociology from University of Florida and completed the Paralegal Program at Palm Beach Community College.

Courtney Cenzer

Courtney Cenzer is Property Administrator for Rendina. Courtney works with properties in Florida and her primary responsibility is to assist in the administration of assigned properties. Courtney also provides high level administrative support to the property manager. Courtney most recently was an Administrative Assistant at Vaaler Commercial Real Estate. Prior to that she was a Lead VPK Teacher at Bethel Lutheran Preschool. Courtney has an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Indian River State College and holds a Florida Real Estate License.

Craig Levitan

Responsibilities: Business Development | Leasing Craig Levitan is Senior Vice President of Development & Leasing for Rendina Healthcare Real Estate. Craig is responsible for business development, leasing, and client relations. Since first joining Rendina, Craig has been integral to the growth of the company's northeastern presence. More recently, Craig's role has expanded to where he is responsible for identifying partnership opportunities for development and acquisition on a national level. Craig has over 17 years of real estate experience, gained through commercial brokerage, landlord representation, and sales of commercial real estate software. He is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker and Broker of Record for all Rendina New Jersey leasing activities. Craig has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University. A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Craig is active in the community and spends his free time coaching youth sports, namely basketball and lacrosse, as well as playing golf.

Dave Chan

Dave Chan is Property Manager and works out of Rendina's northeast office. Dave's primary responsibility is to provide the day-to-day property management services for properties in New Jersey. Dave joins Rendina with over 15 years of facility and property management experience which he gained while working for such organizations as Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman Wakefield. Dave has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University. He also holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.

David B. Rendina - Chief Strategy Officer

David B. Rendina is Chief Strategy Officer and responsible for expanding and maximizing the profitability of Rendina's portfolio of healthcare real estate. In David's 10 years at Rendina, he has facilitated the placement of more than $450 million in capital to represent more than 1,850,000 square feet of healthcare real estate in 14 different states. David remains active in the asset management of the facilities from inception to stabilization and end of investment cycle. David is responsible for guiding Rendina's marketing voice, working with the team that led the rebranding in 2014, as well as with public relations, facilitating article placement in industry publications.

David Ricker

David Ricker's career in the healthcare industry spans nearly three decades, having most recently served as The Broadlane Group's President and Chief Executive Officer from August 2008 to January 2010. He is one of The Broadlane Group's founders and became the company's first employee and Chief Operating Officer in March of 2000. The position of President was added to his title in 2005. Under Mr. Ricker's leadership, The Broadlane Group firmly claimed its spot among the nation's six largest group purchasing organizations, receiving the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies award in both 2004 and 2005. As an industry leader, Mr. Ricker is widely recognized for conceiving innovative services that changed the GPO landscape. He was elected Chairman of the Federation of the American Hospital Exhibitor Committee, and is a frequently sought speaker at industry events. He was elected to The Broadlane Group's board of directors in August of 2008, and served on the company's board as an outside director until it was acquired by MedAssets, Inc. in 2010. Mr. Ricker has a BA from Rowan College.

Deborah Johann

Don Drake

He served as the Controller of Capital Project Funds for the Palm Beach County School Board, where he was responsible for payment supervision of all construction projects, long range budget projections, and complete accountability of all capital expenditures. Donnie's professional experience also includes serving as the Corporate Controller for Burg & DiVosta Corporation; Corporate Controller and Vice President of The Satter Companies, Inc.; and as Senior Accountant for Deloitte & Touche where he audited Real Estate Development firms. At Rendina, Donnie is responsible for corporate finance, project financing, accounting and financial reporting. Donnie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida State University and 40 years experience as a Certified Public Accountant.

Donna Drew

Gant Braley

Janeece Coonrod

Janet S. Holland

Janet Holland, FACHE served in various healthcare business development, operations and marketing capacities for 15 years prior to joining Rendina in 2010. Previously, she was President and Principal of OnPoint Strategies, LLC, a healthcare business development and marketing firm providing consultative services to clients in the healthcare industry. In earlier roles, she served as Vice President of Development for Alliance Surgery, Inc., Vice President of Operations and Corporate Development for HealthSouth Corporation and in various positions for Tenet Healthcare, both in the hospital and corporate office environments. Janet graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude. She also holds Master of Science in Health Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on the Board of Directors and as Board Liaison to the membership and networking committees of her local ACHE chapter. Jeanne M. Battles

Prior to joining Rendina, she worked as a real estate paralegal at the firm of Shutts & Bowen for 12 years and at the firm of Wien, Malkin & Bettex for 7 years, conducting commercial and residential real estate closings and preparing commercial leases. Jeanne graduated from the Paralegal Institute at Florida Atlantic University. She was the first President of the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Paralegal Association of Florida and has served in many capacities on both the local and state level. Jeanne is also very involved in the community, leading a women's growth group through her church and being a licensed foster parent, which resulted in adopting two children.

Jennifer Carpenter

Prior to joining Rendina she worked as a Paralegal for Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, LLP since 2012, and remained with the company after they were bought by Holland & Knight in March, 2023. Her experience includes supporting acquisitions, sales, and leasing activities associated with large, complex commercial transactions across the United States. In recent years, Jennifer has worked primarily with medical office clients such as Healthcare Realty Trust, HCA Healthcare, and Lifepoint Health. Jennifer has an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Volunteer State Community College.

Jeremy Given - VP

John Fry

Jonathan R. Satter

Jonathan Satter is the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of White Wolf Capital Group, a private investment firm based in Miami, Florida. Prior to White Wolf, Satter was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to serve as his first Secretary of Management. In this role, Satter acted as the Chief Operating Officer of state government, overseeing business, workforce, and technology operations for the 3rd largest state government in the United States with 100,000+ employees, and a $110 billion budget. Prior to his public service, Satter led two firms to successful exits, the first to a publicly traded company, and the second to a private equity backed firm. Amongst a variety of business and community activities, he served as Chairman of the Economic Council from 2012-2014 of one Florida's leading pro-business advocacy groups. Appointed by Florida Governor Jeb Bush, Satter served as Chairman and Commissioner of the Health Care District, the diversified safety net system serving southeast Florida. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Michelle McGann Fund, a charity focused on juvenile diabetes.

Josh joins Rendina with over 12 years of healthcare project experience ranging from small-scale hospital department renovations and tenant improvements to large-scale hospital campus expansion projects as well as new ground up outpatient facilities. He earns the trust of his clients through his management approach and ability to multi-task while remaining highly organized and detail oriented. His hands-on approach to project delivery is focused on developing solutions that advance a client's mission and achieve their goals while remaining thoughtful of budget, schedule and design. Prior to joining Rendina, Josh worked for notable architecture firms in New York City and Boston where he was involved in all aspects of project delivery from project initiation and programming through completion. Josh holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Boston Architectural College and is a licensed architect in New York and New Jersey.

Katie Baldwin

Katie Kuzmick

Richard Fiske was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. He then joined the Acquisition and Development department at American Medical International for 4 years, followed by 3 years with National Medical Enterprises, 10 years with Continental Medical Systems, and then 9 years with Tenet Healthcare as Vice President of Acquisition and Development through December 2003. As of January 2004, Mr. Fiske became CEO & Co-Founder of Everest Health Partners, a healthcare marketing/consulting organization. He is also President of Care Partners Plus, a healthcare data collection firm. In addition to his love for baseball (playing in the minors and more recently, scouting for a major league team), Mr. Fiske's interests included flying - at one point holding a multi-engine license and owning his own plane. Several years ago, he undertook a new challenge - mountain climbing, which culminated in climbing Mount Everest in 1999 and Mount Kilimanjaro in 2010. Thomas L. "Tim" Stover, MD, FACOG, MBA, is the former President and CEO of Cleveland Clinic Akron General Health System. He accepted this position in February 2012 after having served in leadership positions at Akron General since 1996, joining the health system in 1993. Prior to his appointment as President and CEO, Dr. Stover served as President of Outpatient Services from 2010-2012. He held the position of Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer from 2008-2010. Dr. Stover also served as the Medical Director of Akron General's three award-winning Health & Wellness Centers. In 2006, Dr. Stover was appointed President and Chief Medical Officer of Partners Physician Group, a system-owned premier group practice which has more than 150 physicians from both primary and specialty care fields. He also served as Medical Director for the Care Management Program at Akron General Medical Center, and for three years hosted a weekly radio program on timely healthcare topics. Dr. Stover received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine degrees from West Virginia University, and completed his internship and residency in OB/GYN in 1976 at Akron City Hospital, Akron, Ohio.
