Alyce Parker

Alyce Parker is the past chair of the Rowan University Foundation Board of Directors and has been on the Board since 2002. In 2011, she returned to Alyce Parker & Associates (1995), a full-service public relations, business development, community relations and governmental relations firm she founded in 1996. The firm provides pro bono community support in the NJ and PA market. From 2005-10, she was the Vice President of Public Affairs for Harrah's Entertainment, Atlantic City, which is the largest gaming and entertainment company in the world. She directed media relations, community relations and regional governmental relations for Harrah's, Showboat, Caesar's and Bally's casinos as well as the Atlantic City Country Club. Ms. Parker began her public relations career working for hospitals, youth organizations and government prior to coming to Atlantic City where she directed public relations for the opening of the Tropicana Casino. She later spent close to 15 years working for Harrah's Atlantic City (1983-95). She is active with the Community Food Bank of South Jersey "Women Fighting Hunger," Lower Township Planning Board, Atlantic City Ballet, Canyon Club Resort & Marina Condo Association and Bay-Atlantic Symphony. A southern New Jersey native, she received a bachelor's degree in political science and communication from Rowan in 1974 and later, a master's in administration from Rider University. In 2007 she was named the recipient of the University's Distinguished Alumnus Award. Ms. Parker served on the Rowan University Alumni Board in the 1990s.

Angela M. Brown is the Executive Director of Community Engagement & Strategic Partnerships at The Perfecting Church in Sewell, NJ. Tony Calabrese has been a member of the Rowan University Foundation Board since 2002. He has served as Vice-Chair and Treasurer of the Board and served as Chair of the Board from 2008-2010. Currently, he serves as Chair of the Board of Managers for the Rowan Innovation Venture Fund. Tony Galvin has been a member of the Rowan University Board of Directors since 2008. He retired from the outlet industry in 2011 after holding senior executive positions for both retail & development companies. Most notably, he was the Senior Vice President- Real Estate, Store Planning and Construction for Coach, Inc. and Executive Vice President International for Chelsea Property Group during his career. He was inducted into the Outlet Industry Hall of Fame in 2016. In fall 2012, he formed UB Enterprises, LLC., a diversified holding company. He also is founder and executive director of the Anthony J. Galvin Foundation that provides scholarships at Rowan University and supports a number of charities that assist children and young adults trying to build a better tomorrow. April M. Carty-Sipp

April Carty-Sipp has over 20 years of experience in the television industry leading marketing, branding, creative and programming teams for corporations such as Disney ABC Television Group and Comcast/NBCUniversal. She is currently the Executive Vice President of Industry Affairs for the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB). Prior to working at NAB, Carty-Sipp was vice president/director of programming at Disney ABC-owned WPVI-TV Philadelphia. In that position, Carty-Sipp led local programming, production and the public affairs departments at WPVI. She also supervised original programming at the station. Before her five-year stint at WPVI, Carty-Sipp worked for 12 years in the creative and marketing departments at Comcast/NBC Universal. She was ultimately promoted to Senior Vice President of Creative Services and Brand Integration for NBC Regional Sports Networks, which consisted of 14 sports and entertainment networks in 50 million U.S. homes. Earlier in her career, Carty-Sipp worked in senior programming and promotions positions at Paramount Stations Group-owned WPSG-TV Philadelphia. Her first field-related job in television was working for the Philadelphia Phillies at Veterans Stadium. Carty-Sipp has received numerous awards in her television career, including six Mid-Atlantic Emmy Awards. She graduated from Rowan with a bachelor's degree in communications, specializing in Radio/TV/Film.

During President Clinton's first term, Ms. Bacon was on loan to the Presidential Transition Team as co-chair for the transition of the Department of Health and Human Services. David Burgin

David Burgin is the manager for Emergency Preparedness, Offsite and Response Programs at Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) Nuclear LLC. Mr. Burgin has built a 30-year career in the emergency preparedness and public affairs sectors. His current position includes responsibility for emergency preparedness for PSEG's Salem and Hope Creek nuclear generating stations. Mr. Burgin holds multiple leadership positions with PSEG. He also serves on several advisory boards for professionals in the nuclear energy and emergency preparedness field including the industry representative to the New Jersey State Police Office of Emergency Management, Delaware Emergency Management Agency, Nuclear Energy Institute, and Institute of Nuclear Power Operations. Erica Ortiz is the Secretary of the Rowan University Foundation Board of Directors and has been a member since 2012. Ms. Ortiz is President/Owner of Sunshine Media Productions, LLC. The bipartisan Commission is comprised of eight Congressional members, sixteen private citizens, and twelve ex-officio members. Frank has received numerous honors and awards for his philanthropic and professional work over his lifetime, including the prestigious Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, the Philadelphia Business Hall of Fame Award, the Philadelphia Music Alliance's inaugural Platinum Award, and a City Council of Philadelphia Citation. Frank was appointed by the White House to the President's Advisory Committee on the Arts of the John F. Kennedy Center and is the Honorary Consul of Malta for Pennsylvania and New Jersey, promoting commercial, cultural, educational, medical, and governmental relationships between the states and Malta. Frank also serves on a pro-bono basis as President of The Philly POPS, the largest stand-alone Pops orchestra in America, and founded the Atlantic Trailer Leasing Corp., a transportation and storage company that serves the Delaware Valley, in 1971. As a graduate of Rutgers University, Frank and his wife, Dottie, founded the Frank and Dorothy Giordano Endowed Scholarship at the Rutgers School of Business. Kris Kolluri

Nikitas "Nick" Moustakas is a founder and the managing partner of Moustakas Nelson LLC, a law firm based in Haddonfield, New Jersey. His practice focuses on corporate and business counseling, trademarking, information technology, healthcare, employment, and other transactional business representation, for clients ranging from individuals and startups to publicly traded institutions. Nikitas also regularly assists clients in locating and securing financing and partners and otherwise negotiating and bringing deals to the closing table. Prior to embarking on his legal career, for almost two decades Nikitas owned and operated a successful restaurant in Philadelphia. Nikitas is a first-generation immigrant from Greece and has spent his life giving back to his community in various capacities. He is currently the Deputy Mayor of Mount Laurel Township, and has served on Council since 2021. Mr. Moustakas presently also serves on the board of the Inspira Health Network Foundation and is a past board member of both the American Lung Association, New Jersey Chapter and the Capital Health System Foundation. Now celebrating 37 years at Indel, Inc., she first joined the firm as Manager of Advertising & Communications for Inductotherm Corp. in the fall of 1984. In early 1990, she was appointed Director of Advertising and later Vice President - Corporate Communications for Indel, Inc. In addition to those responsibilities, in 2002, Ms. Smith became a Group Vice President for the Inductotherm Group-responsible for worldwide corporate advertising-as well as a member of the Management Advisory Board. In 2010, she was appointed Chairman of Inductotherm Corp. and Chairman of Inductotherm Group in 2016. A graduate of Cornell University, Ms. Smith holds an M.B.A. in Marketing Management from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She served as Account Supervisor at several large, worldwide advertising agencies, including Foote, Cone & Belding and McCann-Erickson before coming to Inductotherm.
