James holds a Bachelor of Business in Valuation and Land Economy, a Certificate in Real Estate Management and is a licenced real estate agent. He operated his own commercial real estate company for 21 years which he sold to Harcourts after they had expressed an interest in acquiring his property portfolio. With over 30 years' experience in the real estate industry, he has attained invaluable knowledge as a property valuer, commercial asset and project manager and in negotiating numerous significant commercial sales and leasing transactions. His knowledge and expertise are worthwhile assets to have working for you in today's complex market economy.

Luke, who joined the company in 2022, is Paul's son and the third generation in the Scarfone family. Luke is a Sales & Leasing Agent and works directly with Paul on all Sales & Leasing transactions. He currently holds a Bachelor of Arts, Graduate Certificate in Property and holds a Sales Certificate.
Paul is Ross's son and joined the company in 1998 after completing ten years working for a major bank in both the Metropolitan and country areas and then two years working in residential real estate.
Paul, the current Director and Licensee of the Business has completed his Advanced certificate in Business (Real Estate), Bachelor of Commerce (Property) and holds a Triennial Certificate.

Suruchi has over 6 years' experience working in Commercial Real Estate and enjoys the challenging role of Property Management. She joined Ross Scarfone Real Estate in 2021. Through her commitment and communication skills she strives to deliver the best possible service to both landlords and tenants. Away from work Suruchi enjoys reading, gardening and coffee catch ups with family and friends.

Tia began working in the real estate and property industry in 2009. After managing residential properties, she made the move to commercial property management in 2015. She joined Ross Scarfone Real Estate in 2017 and after 2 years moved back to Queensland to spend time with her family. She moved back to Perth and re-joined Ross Scarfone Real Estate in 2021.
Tia prides herself on delivering high quality service and understands the importance of attention to detail and open communication with her clients. During her spare time Tia enjoys getting outdoors and enjoying all Perth has to offer.
