Ellen has 40 years of public accounting experience in the state of New Jersey, specializing in federal and state taxation for corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and individuals.
Ellen became a Principal at Ross, Anglim, Angelini & Co., LLP in 1997. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Pace University.

Jeff has over 30 years of public accounting experience and is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of New Jersey. His areas of expertise include individual clients and privately held businesses in the franchising, manufacturing, real estate, advertising, professional service provider, and retail operation industries. Jeff has also been instrumental in implementing the latest paperless technology and overseeing the firm's state-of-the-art accounting systems to maximize efficiency and service levels.

Biography
Michael is the senior partner at Ross, Anglim, Angelini & Co., LLP. He is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of New Jersey with a range of expertise in areas such as transactional negotiations, divorce and domestic relations, forensics/fraud investigations, personal financial and tax planning, management advisory services, and estate planning. With his natural leadership qualities and breadth of experience, Michael is a valuable resource to his clients and his colleagues at Ross, Anglim, Angelini & Co., LLP.
As a business advisor to his clients, Michael looks at the big picture and asks questions so he can identify the best solution for each client. He takes a personal interest in his clients, taking time to understand their unique circumstances and proposing creative ways to improve their overall financial situation. He is particularly effective in managing sensitive cases, acting as an objective facilitator to help resolve issues amicably. He believes in listening to clients' concerns and issues with the objective to advise and assist them in reaching their personal and business goals.
Michael has been a partner at Ross, Anglim, Angelini & Co., LLP since 1974. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University and he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
In addition to his role at Ross, Anglim, Angelini & Co., LLP, Michael has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the New Millennium Bank in New Brunswick, New Jersey for approximately six years. Michael has also served on the boards of various banks and has chaired numerous banking committees, including the loan and investment committee. As a result of this experience, he is able to assist the firm's clients in negotiating and recommending the appropriate type of financing.
Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending time and vacationing with his family. He is a sports enthusiast and a season ticket holder for the New York Giants.

Ray has over 45 years of experience in public accounting and is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of New Jersey. He works with clients in the manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and construction industries to provide business consulting, tax planning, and estate planning services. As one of the senior partners at Ross, Anglim, Angelini & Co., LLP, Ray offers clients a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to help them manage their personal and business finances.
Clients who work with Ray know that he cares about their business, their lives, and their families. He takes the time to get to know his clients, understand their personal and financial needs, and propose solutions that allow them to achieve their goals. Ray has built lasting relationships with his clients, becoming a trusted advisor that they can rely on to help make good financial decisions.
Ray began his career in public accounting with Touche Ross & Co. and later joined Ross, Anglim, Angelini & Co., LLP in 1978. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). He is also a member of the New York and Florida state societies of CPAs.
When he's not in the office, Ray enjoys a good round of golf, reading, playing at the Jersey Shore, and spending time with his granddaughter. He is also actively involved in various organizations in his 55+ adult community. Ray lives with his wife Barbara in Monmouth County.

Steve has over 35 years of public accounting experience and is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey and New York. He works with closely held businesses in various industries, including distribution, contractors, professional services, and real estate. In addition to client services, Steve is responsible for the firm's Quality Control, which oversees its accounting and auditing practice, as well as other administrative roles within the firm.
As part of the experienced team at Ross, Anglim, Angelini & Co., LLP, Steve offers his clients knowledgeable, personalized service and quick response to their issues. He takes a proactive approach to identify areas where clients can improve their tax or financial situation and helps them to plan for the future. Steve's administrative roles within the firm have also given him hands-on experience in many aspects of running a business, so he understands the issues that business owners face, and works with clients to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
Before joining Ross, Anglim, Angelini & Co., LLP, Steve spent three years in the auditing department of Arthur Young & Co. He joined Ross, Anglim, Angelini & Co., LLP in 1980 and has been a partner with the firm since 1990. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).

Tom has over 35 years of experience in public accounting and is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey and New York. He works with business clients in the real estate, construction, medical services, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution industries.
As a proactive business advisor, Tom takes a practical approach to working with his clients. He identifies financial issues and determines how they impact the client. He works hand in hand with his clients to prioritize important issues and focus on solutions that will help to save money and achieve financial objectives. Tom strives to be responsive by listening to client concerns and answering their questions in a timely manner. By being their best advocate, Tom helps clients to save money, improve profitability, and strengthen their financial situation.
Tom began his career in public accounting with various accounting firms in New Jersey, followed by 5 years as a controller for privately held companies. He joined Ross, Anglim, Angelini & Co., LLP in 1988 and has been a partner at the firm since 1999. Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from William Paterson College in Wayne, NJ. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
When he's away from the office, Tom enjoys reading, cycling, and working on major home renovation projects for a real change of pace. Tom lives with his wife in Union County.
