SECOND CHANCE GLASS

Shaping glass bottles in a kiln is an art not a science. Glass bottles even from the same bottling company, are not always manufactured the same. The mineral content of the glass, forming processes, density, thickness, color and translucence of the glass may differ from one batch to another. Even the color or position of lettering and images may vary... A number of factors also influence the kiln firing process and thus the outcome of the finished piece. No two bottles come out of the kiln exactly alike making each bottle creation unique and one of a kind.
