Anne brings over 25 years working for a nationally known Agronomy company. She has a Master's Degree in Environmental Health and Safety Management and has written a number of our courses for the agronomy sector.
Bob brings 43 years of grain elevator experience from his career working with The Andersons. His focus in on maintenance activities pertaining to conveyance, bucket elevator legs, grain dryers, and dust collection equipment related to the Grain industry. Bob founded Operations Professional Services (OPS) in 2015.
With 15+ years of experience, Catrina manages all aspects of post-design activity for every SMS course. This includes editing, applying English audio, creation of the full Spanish track, and performing quality assurance. With her unparalleled attention to detail and accuracy, she is responsible for the management and deployment of our full course catalog and also handles a multitude of administrative functions.

Chuck brings over 25 years of experience in the cattle feeding industry. A nationally recognized safety expert in this area, he has been a consultant to more than 70 feedlots throughout the country. His safety experience includes work in the agriculture, industrial, health care and public entity areas since being awarded a Master of Science in Industrial Safety from the University of Central Missouri. Chuck holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation and has been a frequent presenter at multiple safety conferences.
Jeff develops courses on topics related to the transportation of hazardous materials, vehicle inspections and maintenance, driver qualifications, roadside, and over-the- road safety. Reed has over 30 years of experience in transportation safety with Yellow Roadway Corporation and as a Fleet Risk Mgmt Consultant at Nationwide Agribusiness.
Jennifer is an expert in the food safety world. She has been working in the food industry for over twenty years building food safety and quality expertise within the agricultural and dairy industries. She is currently a Quality Assurance Manager for a global dairy company. Jennifer is also an SQF Practitioner, a PCQI, and is HACCP certified.
Jenny handles all customer support, setting up and onboarding of new clients, training, customer retention and special projects related to our customers. She comes to us from Dekra NA where she had a 20 year career in support, communications and research.

Joe brings over 20 years of experience in the agriculture industry. He has also worked in the milling, fertilizer, manufacturing, insurance, construction, and maritime industries, and is a safety columnist webinar presenter for the Grain Journal. Joe is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and an Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST) through The Board of Certified Safety Professionals. He is also an active member of the Grain Elevator and Processing Society and the National Grain and Feed Association.
Joelle is an expert in the food safety world. She has worked as a Quality
Manager with companies such as Nabisco, Kraft, Kellogg, and ConAgra. Joelle brings over 40 years of experience in quality management and food safety. She is also a certified Food Scientist and a certified PCQI lead trainer.

specializes in educational narration as well as audio and voiceover to the eLearning community. John is an American Business Award-winning instructional designer, a certified Master Trainer through the Associate for Talent Development, and a former Adjunct Professor of Global Learning at Wayne State University.

Peggy has over 20 years of experience as an instructional designer and learning consultant. She received her Master's in Education and Human Resources Development with emphasis in adult learning from George Washington University. Peggy is experienced in all aspects of adult training, from analysis through evaluation.

With over 30 years experience, Sam's career started with 13 years spent in Retail Ag working for both cooperatives and independent ag retailers. In 1998, he and a partner founded Pro Compliance which later purchased Regulatory Consultants, Inc. (RCI). Sam has spent the last 18 years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Client Retention, and HSE Services with RCI/ Dekra North America. Sam handles the business development and sales arm of Safety Made Simple.
Steve brings over 40 years of experience in the grain, feed, agronomy, and transportation industry. Steve is currently a safety consultant providing safety compliance assessments, program development, and regulatory compliance services for several agricultural companies in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana.
Susan has been in the Information Technology field for over 30 years. Her career highlights have included 15 years working with American Century Investments and 10 years managing the IT Applications & Web Development for a muncipality in the Kansas City area. She oversees the onboarding of new clients, customer support, and managers our internal processes. She is also responsible for the SMS website, software and systems operations, and various special projects.
Zhann provides professional translation, taking into consideration the essence of our course content, and converting into a version of Spanish that crosses over multiple dialects. He also narrates all of our Spanish language courses.
