Alisa began her career over 35 years ago in the beauty industry with the desire to change lives. Her first passion is to transform her clients by making them look their very best. She excels in color, cutting, and styling while making sure her clients' wants and needs are fulfilled every time they sit in her chair.
Her second passion as a salon owner is to help grow new talent and assist them to become successful in the industry.
Education is the key to staying at the top of an ever-changing industry. Alisa has spent hundreds of hours training with Aveda, Sachajuan and Lakmé, as well as other beauty and business seminars, throughout the United States. She enjoys watching the Signature Salon team grow through learning and using their creative talents.
has been a stylist with Signature Salon since 2008. She specializes in creating rich dimensional color, short and long precision haircuts, and hair smoothing treatments. Bre excels in both long and short cuts, from fine to medium/coarse textures. Having a passion for both cutting and coloring techniques and staying current with the latest trends, she attends extensive classes and local and national hair shows. She is an educator for Lakmé USA and enjoys sharing her knowledge and skills with other professionals in the industry.
"I prefer to be realistic with my clients' needs and wants with hopes that they will be able to recreate their look at home. I try my best to give them the tools and education they need to accomplish this." Bre looks forward to enhancing the beauty for those who sit in her chair for many more years to come.
Brittany Hay graduated from Reflections Academy in Decatur, IL. She has continued her education at the Aveda Institute in Chicago, IL. As well as attending many advanced trainings in color and cutting. Brittany aspires to make all her guests look and feel amazing as well as educating them on how they can achieve the same look at home. She has experience with everything beauty from color and cuts to manicures, pedicures and makeup.
After completing her education in 2014 at Regency Beauty Institute in Champaign, IL, Camille returned to Decatur to join the Signature Salon team. She continues to expand her education in hair color and cutting techniques by attending continued education classes regularly. While her passion lies specifically with color, she enjoys complimenting it with the perfect cut and style the client can easily recreate at home. She also provides a variety of services including body and facial waxing, individual eyelash extensions, eyelash lifting and tinting, facials, shellac and pedicures.

The most important thing to Camille in this industry is to never stop learning from those willing to share their knowledge.

Kerrigan Hood has been in the beauty industry for 6 years. She loves giving people confidence and making them feel beautiful. Since joining the Signature Salon team, Kerrigan has continued her education through Aveda, Sachajuan, Ecru, and Lakmé. She is also a Lakmé Educator.
Her passion is to make it easy for clients to get the "salon look" at home. Being in the beauty industry has taught her that not everyone sees the beauty within themselves. So she feels it's her responsibility to show them.
Along with meeting new people and having a good time, Kerrigan is also busy keeping up on the new and hottest trends. She loves to try new makeup and skincare. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, family, and her fur babies.

Maggie is a 2012 graduate of Shear Learning Academy of Cosmetology. She is thrilled to share her passion of empowering others by building a professional and personal connection with every one of her clients and ensuring they feel beautiful and confident both inside and out.
She excels in hair cutting, hair color and styling and works with her clients to understand their lifestyle, challenges, needs and wants for their hairstyles and encourages them to consider new looks. Maggie has been trained by top educators in the beauty industry from Aveda, Lakme, Brazilian Blowout and more. She also brings experience from the NYC runway, behind-the-camera sets, trade shows and styling as an ambassador for celebrity hairstylist Sarah Potempa's Beachwaver Co.
Maggie loves sharing the industry's latest trends, her experiences, ongoing education, creative and technical skills and her pure love for hair with everyone in her chair.
Sierra graduated from Paul Mitchell the School in Normal, IL. Her passion is color, but she also enjoys giving a great cut and style that that her guests can recreate at home. Educating her guests about what their hair needs or giving tips on how to recreate a style at home is also very important.
Sierra also enjoys doing pedicures and gel manicures, because making her guests look and feel great about themselves is part of what she enjoys as well as being able to connect with people and make them happy whether that be for their hair or nails.
Sierra enjoys going to classes whether it be a cutting or color.
In her free time Sierra loves spending time with her family and friends, or reading a book and watching a new show.

Sydney graduated from Paul Mitchell the school in St. Louis, Missouri. Sydney's passion is in creating the perfect look for her guests that leaves them feeling confident and beautiful. She loves creating colors that best fit each individual guest. Sydney loves being able to be creative while educating her guests on what their hair needs & how they are able to care for their hair at home.
Sydney also has experience in everything beauty including nail services that will have the guests feeling their best from their head to their toes
