SANGUIGNI PASTA

Here at Sanguigni Pasta we will soon try to make our own homemade ricotta cheese. Of course, it will be free of chemicals, pesticides, and antibiotics. We have also started a small flock of Jacob sheep. With these Ovine, we intend to use them for meat, and milk. We just love lamb, and for years we have wanted to make ravioli with lamb, but the cost has been prohibitive... We will strive to grow almost all of the vegetables we use in our products. In the fall of 2008, we grew butternut squash. It was enough to provide ravioli for almost a year and a half. As we continue to grow more and more products, you can be sure we will use them to the best of our abilities. We have been busy planting apple trees, grapes, almonds, and even elderberry plants.
