We are located in the heart of midtown Manhattan, just south of Penn Station and Herald Square at 214 W.29th Street off Seventh Avenue... We are members of the WTF, the World Tae Kwon Do Federation. Our classes follow Olympic sports style and also include a comprehensive education in the tradition of the Ji Do Kwan including hand fighting, self-defense, grappling, sitting and other techniques.
