Ceri is a high achieving educator and leader with extensive experience in educational pedagogy and management skills in leadership, problem solving and decision making.

Mrs Michelle Carroll is the Principal of St Catherine's School and her educational philosophy is based on the belief that young women will emerge from their School years with a strong sense of values, underpinned by integrity, wisdom, persistence and empathy

Prior to commencing at St Catherine's, Mrs Carroll was Deputy Principal at St Margaret's Anglican Girls School, Brisbane, where she worked extensively to develop curriculum that attributed to St Margaret's academic success. She also has comprehensive leadership and administration experience in schools with large boarding communities and extensive co-curricular and global exchange programs. Mrs Carroll has spent the majority of her career in girls' education with wide experience in teaching and administration from a range of schools, including Loreto College in Brisbane, Brisbane Girls' Grammar School and Ipswich Girls' Grammar School. She has also taught for two years at the Japanese International Secondary School in Singapore.
Mrs Carroll grew up in Ballarat and has a Masters of Education Studies from the University of Queensland. She is committed to honouring St Catherine's past traditions, building strong relationships within the St Catherine's community and continuing its fine academic success.
An outstanding leader with a great passion for, and academic interest in, adolescent wellbeing, her focus is centred on creating and delivering an educational environment where girls' individual strengths can flourish, and where girls are empowered to grow into confident, capable and healthy young women.
As a leading educator, Ms McArdle brings to St Catherine's a wealth of experience in areas of professional learning involving academic data analysis to monitor student progress and to inform teaching practice that enables the development of differentiated teaching and a personalised learning experience for all students. Mrs McArdle's natural warmth, genial and friendly approach enables a vibrant school community to flourish with the nurturing of happy and engaged children.
As Deputy Principal of Student Wellbeing, Merran O'Connor oversees the St Catherine's Wellbeing Program and works specifically with the Senior School Deans and staff in developing and promoting student wellbeing.

Sarah Bethune is the Head of Early Learning Centre, a role which involves supports the children, families and staff in Campbell House, as well as teaching within each of our four learning rooms. With exceptional organisational and managerial skills, a specialised knowledge of child development and an innate ability to provide pastoral care to children and families, Sarah is a true asset to St Catherine's Early Learning Centre.
Mr Calvert is a current Junior and Senior School parent. He is the CEO of Munro Partners a boutique investment management firm and a member of CAANZ.
Mrs Joubert is a current and past parent, and CEO of an advertising research agency. Mrs Joubert Co-Chaired the Schools ‘Her Future Begins Here' Campaign for the Junior School 2016-2018.
