Admiral Daryl Caudle

Adm. Daryl Caudle is a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina and a 1985 graduate of North Carolina State University (magna cum laude) with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He was then commissioned after attending Officer Candidate School in Newport, Rhode Island. Caudle holds advanced degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School, Master of Science (distinction) in Physics; from Old Dominion University, and Master of Science in Engineering Management. He also attended the School of Advanced Studies, University of Phoenix, where he obtained a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Information Systems and Technology. His doctoral dissertation research was conducted on military decision making uncertainty regarding the use of force in cyberspace. He is also a licensed professional engineer. He assumed command of U.S. Fleet Forces Command; U.S. Naval Forces Northern Command; U.S. Naval Forces Strategic Command; and U.S. Strategic Command Joint Force Maritime Component Commander on December 7, 2021. Prior to this assignment, he was the commander, Submarine Forces; commander, Submarine Force Atlantic; commander, Task Force (CTF) 114, CTF 88, and CTF 46; and commander, Allied Submarine Command. Brent T. Christensen

Brent T. Christensen is the Foreign Policy Advisor (POLAD) to the Commander of United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) since August 2022. In this role, Mr. Christensen provides advice to the Commander and command staff on the foreign policy implications of USSTRATCOM's global responsibilities. A career member of the Senior Foreign Service, Mr. Christensen previously served as Counselor for Political and Economic Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh, from 2019-2021. At Embassy Dhaka, he advised the Ambassador on all aspects of the U.S.-Bangladesh relationship and, among other responsibilities, provided oversight for a $500 million refugee assistance program, the Department of State's third-largest counterterrorism programs, and an $11 billion commercial advocacy portfolio. From 2016-2019, he served as Deputy Director, Office of Regional Security and Arms Transfers, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs at the Department of State in Washington where he oversaw regional security issues and more than $40 billion in annual defense trade for Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Mr. Christensen was a Pearson Fellow on detail to the U.S. Congress from 2015-2016, serving on the majority staff of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Subcommittee on Asia and the Pacific. His other assignments include Special Assistant to the Special Representative for North Korea Policy, Bureau of East Asia and Pacific Affairs Cyber Coordinator, Deputy Counselor for Economic Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Manila, Deputy Economic Counselor at the U.S. Embassy in San Salvador, Bangladesh Country Officer in the Office of Pakistan and Bangladesh Affairs at the Department of State, Economic Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, and Vice Consul at the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City. In addition to his work at the Department of State, from 2018-2021 Mr. Christensen served as one of two career Foreign Service members of the Foreign Service Impasses Disputes Panel, part of the U.S. Federal Labor Relations Authority. A Distinguished Graduate of the National War College, Mr. Christensen earned a Master of Science in National Security Strategy in 2022. Mr. Christensen likewise holds a Master of Science in Statistics from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University. He speaks Spanish, French, and Vietnamese. Before joining the Foreign Service in 2002, he worked as a management consultant in Houston and New York City.

Brig. Gen. Anthony

Brig. Gen. Anthony is a distinguished graduate of the Reserve Officer Training Corps program and was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, Calif. Much of her Active Duty career was spent in the 38th Reconnaissance Squadron at Offutt AFB, Neb., where she flew on the RC- 135 aircraft. In 2002, Brig. Gen. Anthony transitioned to the Nebraska Air National Guard's newly formed 170th Group. She has commanded the 155th Force Support Squadron and the 155th Mission Support Group. Prior to her current position, the general was the Mobilization Assistant to the Director of Global Operations, USSTRATCOM.

CAPT French

Captain John Anthony "Jack" French is a native of Mission Viejo, California and was commissioned via Officer Candidate School after graduation from the University of Colorado-Boulder where he received degrees in Political Science and Music. He received a Master of Business Administration-Petroleum Management degree from the University of Kansas via the US Navy Civilian Institution Program. He is also a graduate of the University of Virginia-Darden School of Business Executive Education program for Navy Supply Corps interns as well as the Advanced Program in Logistics and Technology through the Institute for Defense and Business at UNC, Chapel Hill. He is a Defense Acquisition Corps member and holds Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act level III certification in Business-Financial Management. CAPT French's afloat assignments include disbursing officer, USS McClusky (FFG 41); supply officer of the forward deployed USS Shiloh (CG 67); and commanding officer, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Expeditionary Support Unit Two. Colonel Ericka R. Flanigan

Colonel Ericka Flanigan is the Deputy Chief of Staff, United States Strategic Command, at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. She recently served as Director, Nuclear Command, Control and Communications Intelligence Enterprise, and was Vice Commander, 70th ISR Wing at Ft. Meade, Maryland. While assigned to Joint Enabling Capabilities Command, she commanded the Joint Planning Support Element, enabling warfighting plans at every Combatant Command. Additionally, she served as a Senior Air Force Fellow at the George C. Marshall Center for European Security Studies in Garmisch, Germany, and held Squadron Command at Scott Air Force Base. Col Flanigan is a 2010 graduate of the School of Advanced Air and Space Studies. While stationed at the Pentagon, Colonel Flanigan specialized as an Air Force intelligence analyst for ballistic missiles and chemical and biological weapons. During this time, she represented Air Force efforts for national-level policy, multiple National Intelligence Estimates, and was briefer to the Chief of Staff of the Air Force. Colonel Flanigan was the Wing Intelligence Flight Commander at Charleston Air Force Base, where she commanded intelligence actions for all C-17 operations during the opening days of OIF and ongoing ops in OEF. In 2005 Colonel Flanigan was assigned to headquarters, United States Strategic Command, where she held various positions, executive officer for the Director of Global Operations and served as Aide-de-Camp for the Commander, USSTRATCOM.

Colonel Jason A. Schmidt

Colonel Jason A. Schmidt is the Director for Human Capital (J1), United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. USSTRATCOM is comprised of 150,000 Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, Guardians, and Civilians that are responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, global strike, missile defense, joint electromagnetic spectrum operations, analysis and targeting, and missile threat assessment; additionally, the Command provides the Secretary of Defense and the President a range of options to deter our adversaries and assure our allies. Major General Gregory "Greg" Brady

Major General "Greg" Brady is a native of Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1991 with a Bachelor's degree in French. He earned a Master's degree in International Relations from the Catholic University of America and a Master's degree in Military Studies from the United States Marine Corps Command and Staff College. His most recent assignment was as the Commanding General of 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command, Sembach, Germany from 2019-2022. Major General John J. Nichols

Maj Gen John J. Nichols is the Director of Global Operations, United States Strategic Command, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. As Director, he serves as the principal advisor to the USSTRATCOM Commander on nuclear operations and is responsible for the day-to-day readiness of U.S. nuclear command and control and strategic deterrent forces. He is also responsible for synchronizing component, joint and coalition operations and directing assigned forces to achieve USSTRATCOM and national objectives. Maj Gen Nichols received his commission through the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1992. Following graduation, he served as an Intelligence Officer for seven years. Maj Gen Nichols then attended Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training at Vance AFB, Oklahoma, and served in multiple flying assignments in the B-1. Maj. Gen Nichols has commanded at the squadron, group, and wing levels to include the 14th Flying Training Wing at Columbus AFB, Mississippi and the 509th Bomb Wing at Whiteman AFB, Missouri. Maj Gen Nichols is a command pilot with more than 2,500 flying hours.

Major Howard L. Kreamer

Sergeant Major Kreamer assumed his current position as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader, USSTRATCOM, Offutt Air Force Base, NE. in October of 2021. USSTRATCOM is one of 11 Unified Commands under the Department of Defense. USSTRATCOM is responsible for the global command and control of U.S. strategic forces to meet decisive national security objectives, providing a broad range of strategic capabilities and options for the President and Secretary of Defense. Sergeant Major Kreamer enlisted in the United States Marine Corps on 14 January, 1991. He reported to Parris Island on 21 October, 1991. Upon completion of Recruit Training, he was assigned to Infantry Training Battalion at Camp Geiger, NC for basic infantry training.

Mr. Jeffery B. "JB" Miller

Ms. Elizabeth M. Durham-Ruiz

Ms. Elizabeth Durham-Ruiz is the Director of Command, Control, Communications and Computer Systems (C4) and Chief Information Officer (CIO), United States Strategic Command, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. As the Director of C4 Systems, data, and Artificial Intelligence (AI), Ms. Durham-Ruiz is responsible for providing and assuring global-integrated C4 capabilities for U.S. Strategic Command execution in support of full spectrum operations for global strike, nuclear deterrence, missile defense, and cyberspace operations. She translates DoD and Joint Chiefs of Staff communications and information policies and applies them across the command. As the CIO, Ms. Durham-Ruiz has sole responsibility for developing, coordinating, and implementing U.S. Strategic Command enterprise information environment support for DoD Chief Information Officer initiatives, policy, and guidance. This includes Clinger-Cohen Act compliance, information resource management, and information technology governance processes such as capital planning, business process improvements, and portfolio management. Ms. Durham-Ruiz was commissioned into the United States Air Force in 1982 following her graduation from the United States Air Force Academy and served on active duty until 2007. She has extensive experience in command, control, communications and cyber systems supporting Presidential, strategic, tactical, satellite commanding and integrated tactical warning/attack assessment missions; satellite communications; enterprise information technology systems; cloud computing; and data and AI. After retiring from active duty as a Colonel, Ms. Durham-Ruiz held a variety of senior civilian positions at United States Strategic Command and United States Transportation Command. She led many cross-functional teams to analyze and develop pioneering solutions to complex technical problems, focusing on Nuclear Command, Control, and Communication (NC3), C4, cyber, cloud computing, and big data analytics.

Rear Admiral Anthony C. Carullo

Rear Adm. Anthony Carullo is a native of Quincy, Massachusetts, and raised in Central Florida. He is a 1991 graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering under the Nuclear Enlisted Commissioning Program. He holds a Master of Science in Management from Troy University, and he is a fellow of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Seminar XXI. He enlisted in the Navy in 1986. His operational assignments include command of Submarine Group 8 in Naples, Italy; command of Task Force 69 in Naples, Italy; and command of USS Greeneville (SSN 772) in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. He also served aboard USS Wyoming (SSBN 742) (GOLD) as executive officer; USS Philadelphia (SSN 690) as engineer officer; and USS Cincinnati (SSN 693) and USS Greeneville (SSN 772) as a division officer. Richard A. Correll

Vice Adm. Richard, (Rich) Correll is a 1986 graduate of Rose Hulman Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. He also holds a Master's in International Strategic Studies from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. His command assignments include command of USS Topeka (SSN 754); Submarine Squadron (SUBRON) 11, San Diego, California; and Submarine Group 7, Yokosuka, Japan. He also served at sea onboard the USS Henry M. Jackson (SSBN 730), USS Hyman G. Rickover (SSN 709) and USS Buffalo (SSN 715). His staff assignments include U.S. Strategic Command, director of Plans and Policy (J5), U.S. Fleet Forces Command, director of Joint Maritime Operations (N3), Strategic Systems Programs Headquarters, Naval Personnel Command, Naval Reactors Headquarters in the "Line Locker" and an assignment on the staff of the Office of the Secretary of Defense as the military assistant to the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Strategy Plans and Forces and military assistant for the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. His last assignment was on the staff of OPNAV N2/N6 as the Director of Strategic Integration where he was responsible for integration efforts involving intelligence and warfare systems requirements. In December 2022, he assumed his current duties as the Deputy Commander U.S. Strategic Command. Correll served on Navy teams that have been awarded the Naval Unit Commendation, Meritorious Unit Commendation and Battle Efficiency E Awards.

Robert "Bob" Taylor

Mr. Taylor is also responsible for the articulation and development of all command requirement processes to ensure USSTRATCOM has the tools to accomplish its mission, and ensures appropriate decision support tools and assessment processes are in place to enhance operational capabilities. The directorate includes comptroller support, concepts and experimentation and force assessments. Mr. Taylor is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the Army ROTC program at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He has earned two Master of Arts degrees in Military Art and Science. As a career Army officer, he has been awarded the Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit, three Bronze Stars, five Meritorious Service Medals, Joint Meritorious Civilian Service Award, seven Iraqi Campaign Medals, and is Airborne & Ranger qualified. He has served in key staff positions in Army and Joint units from battalion to unified command level, and has commanded Army units from platoon to brigade. Mr. Taylor has four combat tours in Iraq, deployed special mission capabilities globally, and has an operational deployment as part of Stabilization Force 4-5 in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Most recently, Mr. Taylor served as the Director for Joint Exercises, Training, and Assessments (J7), United States Strategic Command, Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Mr. Taylor was directly responsible for individual and collective training, integrating command exercises, and assessing the command's campaign effectiveness as a contribution to the global security environment across all USSTRATCOM assigned missions. These missions included the global integration of strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, global strike, advanced analysis, missile defense and joint electromagnetic spectrum operations. Mr. Taylor has been married since 1985 to Kelly P. Taylor, they have two grown daughters, Michaela and Kristin.
