Current Responsibilities: Amber is the Director of the Office of Sustainability. In this role, she provides leadership and management to the Office as it advises on, and provides direction for sustainability at Yale; provides accountability on the institution's sustainability commitments; and builds a culture of sustainability across the University and beyond. Amber helps builds strategic partnerships across Yale to advance the University's sustainability initiatives and advance the goals of the Yale Sustainability Plan 2025. She currently leads the university's climate resilience planning effort; convenes the New Haven Nature and Health Initiative; and serves on numerous committees across the institution.

Previous Positions: Amber's past efforts have focused on advancing the social aspects of sustainability at Yale, especially around health, equity, and resilience. She has worked to strengthen partnerships with the City of New Haven on these topics and ensured high-level visibility of Yale's sustainability initiatives and accomplishments, managing broad stakeholder engagement and participation in Yale's sustainability efforts.
Prior to joining the Yale community Amber directed the Sustainability Office at Green Mountain College. During her tenure, Green Mountain was twice recognized as one of the greenest colleges in the nation by Sierra magazine and became the second college in the country to achieve climate neutrality.
Academic/Professional Credentials and Appointments: Amber received an M.A. in Sustainable Development from the SIT Graduate Institute and holds a B.A. from the University of Portland.

Current Responsibilities: Andy is an experienced communications professional with a background as an award-winning journalist. He has written about a range of environmental topics from nuclear power to the hazards of lead shot for wildlife. As the Sustainability Communications Specialist, Andy is responsible for leading communications related to Yale's sustainability goals. He manages the Office's website, social media channels and e-newsletters; writes articles and explainers on sustainability-related topics; and helps to coordinate campus-wide events.

Current Responsibilities: Lindsay provides strategic direction for streamlined sustainability operations, and helps identify the economic, social and environmental benefits of the university's sustainability projects and programs. She manages the annual greenhouse gas emissions inventory with The Climate Registry and works on scope 3 emissions efforts. Lindsay is actively involved in the Ivy Plus Sustainability Consortium and sustainable materials management initiatives.
Current Responsibilities: Lisa manages the collection, analysis and presentation of campus sustainability metrics; prepares the annual Sustainability Progress Report; creates data visualizations; and provides support to the Chief Manager for Sustainability Operations and Strategic Data in making the economic, social and environmental cases for university sustainability initiatives and preparing our annual greenhouse gas emissions inventory with The Climate Registry. She also oversees the University's biennial sustainability survey, our biennial transportation survey, and our biennial submission to the Association for Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE) Sustainability Tracking Assessment and Rating System (STARS).
Current Responsibilities: Maria is responsible for leading efforts to increase visibility across the student population and advancing Yale's sustainability goals. She collaborates with students and staff across Yale's residential colleges and professional schools, supports student interest groups and campus partners, leads Spring Salvage, and contributes to the planning and management of events such as Celebrate Sustainability and Earth Day.
