TI PRODUCTION

TI Production is a small company manufacturing fittings for hoses. The company was created in 2007 as a production department of the sales company Tubes International Sp. z o.o. In 2012 this production department has been transformed into a separate company - TI Production Sp. z o.o. TI Production is specialized in the manufacture of special fittings and couplings for the hose assemblies according to the customer requirements... Standard materials used in the production are carbon steel (11SMn30, S355, S235JR), stainless steel (AISI304, AISI316), brass, aluminum. We can produce also parts in many other special materials like Monel or plastic materials (polyamide, PTFE). Due to the comprehensive stock of the material we can offer short delivery time for single and low series parts. For all the materials we have full traceability and we can deliver parts with material certificate 3.1. Carbon steel parts, as a standard if they are not to be welded, are zinc-plated with white passivation..
