Alabama's fantastic March Madness run ended in Phoenix Saturday at the hands of a generationally good Connecticut team. The Crimson Tide fought hard and competed head to head with the defending national champs, but in the end UConn was too much and pulled away late for an 86-72 win... The Tide wrapped up its second scrimmage of the spring today. According to head coach Kalen DeBoer, the scrimmage, held at Bryant-Denny Stadium, went roughly 85-90 plays.
