TRICIA MOSHER

I'm Tricia Mosher and I have been working in fields related to building strong and successful organizations, programs, families, and children for over twenty-five years. My background in child welfare, mental and behavioral health, and related fields incorporates field-work and organizational development. As a consulting partner with your group, I will bring leadership and implementation science to the discussion while working on projects large and small to assist organizations and communities in building lasting solutions for an ever-changing field. Most importantly, I will strive to assist you in bringing multiple perspectives on your system into the strategy and implementation of your project, whether it is a training project, full system re-alignment, or something in between. In short, together we can bring forward solutions based on the strengths you already have, and the goals you have set for the future.
