Aisling is a Company Director and Business Development Lead. She combines a strategic, problem-solving approach with excellent client management skills. She works closely with industry clients to help identify their training requirements and to ensure that Technotraining's development programme is industry led and reflects new and emerging technologies and skills gaps. She is also responsible for the implementation of Technotraining's Quality assurance programme and the companies' administrative functions.
Prior to joining Technotraining Aisling has 20 years' experience in project management and corporate communications.
She has a degree in Communications from Dublin City University.
As training co-ordinator Arijana manages all our training logistics ensuring that all our learning environments, physical and virtual are of the highest quality. She provides excellent customer service for all our clients and learners right throughout the learner journey.
Prior to joining Technotraining Arijana worked for the Royal College of Surgeons and the National Advocacy Service. She holds a degree in Business from Dorset College.

Derek is the founder of Technotraining, a technical training company helping professionals to develop and maintain their skills in the fields of industrial automation, systematic and electrical troubleshooting, and emergency lighting and fire alarms.
Derek has a passion and energy for creating transformational learning experiences and has developed end-to-end technical learning solutions for many top multinationals worldwide. More than 500 multinationals, SMEs, and government agencies, including companies like Boston Scientific, Intel, HP, Johnson & Johnson and The Central Bank of Ireland have engaged Technotraining to develop technical training solutions which have a direct result on job performance and compliance requirements.
Derek combines a deep understanding of technology and science with excellent communication skills. He is particularly interested in troubleshooting and has delivered troubleshooting workshops and training sessions worldwide. He is on the NSAI Technical Committee for Emergency Lighting Standards
Derek is a graduate of DIT Bolton Street (Degree Mechanical Engineering First Class Hons) and UCD (Msc Engineering Science). He also has a diploma in Training and Continuing Education from Maynooth University.

Robins is an engineering training specialist designing and delivering training programmes on Industrial Electrical Systems, PLCs, and Sensors. He is also engaged in training development and innovation in Industry 4 technology areas such as robotics and control systems.
Before joining Technotraining Robins worked at University College Dublin completing his post-doctoral research, where he worked to facilitate the integration of mobile collaborative robots under clean-room conditions. He has worked alongside various research organizations and companies to develop cutting-edge technologies in robotics and published several research articles on robotics and human-robot collaboration. He has 10 years of experience in research and teaching at 3 rd level.
Robins holds a Doctorate in Mobile Robotics, a Master of Technology in Mechatronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Eoin is a contracted trainer on our electrical programmes. As an electrical engineer and craft trained electrician, he has had an important role in the development of our suite of electrical programmes. He also contributes to improving the learner experience by developing our moodle resources and courseware.
Eoin is a lecturer in TU Dublin teaching across a number of electrical engineering degree programmes, from level 6 to 9 and he is also involved with the electrical apprenticeship programme. He has over 19 years' experience working in the electrical industry in high pressure industrial environments, switchboard manufacturing and testing. Worked in industry as a private contractor designing, building, and modifying low voltage switchgear assemblies.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Services and Energy Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Third Level Learning and Teaching. He is currently undertaking PhD research into "Dynamic Building Envelope Technologies."

Gavin is a member of the Technotraining Academic Steering Group providing pedagogical consultancy and oversight. He is also a contracted trainer delivering some of our Programmable Logic Controllers programmes.
Gavin is an academic staff member in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at TU Dublin where he teaches courses on instrumentation, control, automation, and chemical technology and supervises postgraduate research students. Prior to that he worked for several years in the design and commissioning of pharmaceutical and micro-electronics process facilities in various engineering roles including instrumentation, automation, control and process engineering
Gavin has a PhD (Spatial cognition), Dublin Institute of Technology, 2017, a Masters in Chemical Engineering UCD and a MSc in Applied e-Learning, Dublin Institute of Technology, 2009
Grace is responsible for the administration of our QQI approved Quality Assurance processes and procedures. She looks after QQI certification and verification ensuring the integrity of our assessment processes. She also manages any additional supports or requirements needed to ensure learners have equal opportunity to engage successfully with our training options.
Grace originally trained as an Electronic Servicing and Telecommunications Technician and worked with Intel for 10 years. She completed a Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2007.

Mark delivers our Fire Alarm Servicing and Commissioning courses. He brings huge expertise to this field as he has worked in the fire detection industry for over 20 years. He is also a member of the NSAI Technical Committee 18 a working group for amendments to I.S:3218. In recent years he has developed a design and commissioning consultancy for fire detection and alarm systems throughout Ireland. Mark is a member of the executive committee of the Fire Engineering Systems Association (FESA), and also a member of Fire Protection Association (UK).
As well as being an auditor of fire detection and alarm systems, Mark is also a qualified Fire Risk Assessor.
Michael O'Callaghan has been working with Technotraining since 2016 as a contracted trainer on our Pneumatics, Electro-pneumatics, and Sensors programmes. He is also engaged in training equipment design and development.
A retired member of staff of the School of Engineering in the Dublin Institute of Technology (now the TU Dublin) he has delivered training in programmable controllers, pneumatics, and electro-pneumatics to many firms in Ireland, and developed distance learning materials for programmable controllers for EU funded programmes.
Michael has a first-class Honours Degree in Technology, and a Post-graduate Diploma in Engineering Computation, and is a former member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.

Noel joined Technotraining in 2022 as a Senior Engineering Training Specialist. He is responsible for delivering training across a range of programmes. He enjoys working with learners to help them reach their potential and works closely with industry clients to assess and prioritize training requirements to support business goals.
Before joining Technotraining Noel had a 20 year plus record as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist for the Pharma and Medtech sectors working for companies such as Edwards Vacuum, MSD Carlow, Mylan, EirGen Pharma, Vistakon, Boston Scientific managing site and EMEA training requirements and solutions. He is also a qualified TWI trainer. He brings a wealth of industry experience to the Technotraining team.
Noel has a degree in Electronic Engineering and a Diploma in Training & Development from the IITD (Irish Institute of Training & Development).
