As a recent graduate of San Diego State University, Dylan serves as vice president for Trim-Tech Inc. Fulfilling the obligations as Project Manager, Dylan's key tasks include office management, project budgeting and bidding, as well as managing various day to day operations. In being an instrument rated private pilot, Dylan possesses a high level organization and an exceptional ability to accurately plan ahead, which directly applies to the construction industry.
As the founder and president, Jim is responsible for the overall operation of Trim-Tech Inc. With over three decades of experience, his expertise and business ethics are second to none. From his beginnings in 1977 as a journeyman with the Carpenters Union Local 1400 to his establishment of Trim-Tech Inc. as a construction powerhouse in 1984, Jim has been involved in almost every aspect of the construction industry.
Performing the duty of Production Director and Safety Officer. Trevor serves as a crucial link between all those involved in the construction process. Managing the on-site progress, he works to facilitate the transition between the different stages of the building schedule. Trevor has received two OSHA certifications in Construction and General Industry safety training. A graduate of Long Beach State University, Trevor has gained valuable experience in a variety of construction positions, making him an excellent liaison with the various trades at work.
