The Police Benevolent Association of the New York State Troopers, Inc. (PBA) is dedicated to improving the terms and conditions of employment for uniformed members of the New York State Police from the rank of Trooper through Major, both active and retired. The PBA fiercely advocates for the rights of its members and is the only official voice on behalf of New York State Troopers and their families... The NYS Troopers PBA Signal 30 Benefit Fund is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) charity. It is the only benefit fund that was developed by Troopers and the only one that the PBA officially sanctions. We are Troopers helping Troopers... The Signal 30 Benefit Fund supports the members of the New York State Police and their families in extraordinary circumstances such as death, illness, injury and loss. Signal 30 also provides an extensive scholarship program to benefit the children of Troopers.
