The mission of the Isaac H. Tuttle Fund, as reflected in its Certificate of Incorporation of 1872, is to provide for the temporal and spiritual welfare of aged persons. We provide direct financial support to individuals and to not-for-profit community-based organizations that provide services to seniors in Manhattan, New York. Our goal is to enable older persons to continue living in their own homes so long as they are physically and mentally able to do so...
Grants to Organizations Program, which makes grants to organizations and programs that serve the elderly in Manhattan. This program works together with the Stipendiary Program to identify unmet needs. We address gaps in support services by funding programs that enable seniors to continue living at home and that help enhance their daily lives. We provide general support as well as specific program support to agencies that provide direct services to the elderly in Manhattan.
