Chris holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University as well as a Master's in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas Arlington. Chris is currently the CIO for Unleashed Brands. Chris has held similar roles at Smoothie King, Pei Wei Asian Diner and On The Border. Chris has built out high performing IT organizations, implemented best-in-class digital platforms and utilized an all cloud-based approach for the supporting infrastructure and systems.
Chris started his career with his family's Dallas based IT outsourcing company before transitioning to consulting at KPMG and Grant Thornton. Chris approaches tough technical and operational situations with a strong analytical and pragmatic approach anchored in his servant leadership style. His approach encompasses a leveraged blend of outsourcers/contractors, cloud services, in-house infrastructure and SaaS.

Dr. Mordecai is a dedicated clinician-educator with over 12 years of clinical experience in anesthesiology, managing high-acuity cases across neuro-trauma, cardiovascular, ENT, and obstetric specialties. Dr. Schmidt has a singular focus: being the absolute best teacher possible for the students enrolled in Texas Wesleyan's Graduate Programs of Nurse Anesthesia. He joined the faculty in 2009.
He enjoys teaching GPNA students because they are highly motivated and focused on their goal of becoming a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. They are going to learn everything they can while they're here. As a teacher, when he prepares a lecture, he has to go way beyond what's in the textbook.

Dr. Scott Shaffer serves as the Director of Clinical Education for the Graduate Programs of Nurse Anesthesia at Texas Wesleyan University. A two-time graduate of Texas Wesleyan, he earned his Master's Degree in Nurse Anesthesia in 1992 and later completed his Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) in 2011.
Dr. Shaffer is well known among students and colleagues for integrating mindfulness practices and animal-assisted therapy into education. His two Great Danes, Shiloh and Bear, serve as Test therapy dogs, helping students manage stress and maintain well-being throughout their training.
A retired skydiver with over 3,000 jumps, Dr. Shaffer has owned and operated CRNA-only anesthesia groups in both Texas and Colorado. He is a past president of the Colorado Association of Nurse Anesthetists and has served as Chair of the AANA CRNA-PAC Committee.
He has published multiple articles on a range of anesthesia topics and currently contributes as an item writer for the National Certifying Examination (NCE).

Dr. Aragao joined Texas Wesleyan in Fall 2023 as a Visiting Professor of Management. Her primary research interest is in "knowledge". The research emphasizes the mechanisms that allow firms to acquire and store knowledge for future use. She is also interested in

Jeanne Everton holds the B.A. in Speech and Drama from Trinity University and the M.A. in Drama from Texas Woman's University. She has undertaken additional study at Indiana University, Pennsylvania State University, Texas Tech University and with a variety of theatre, film and television professionals including Catherine Weidner, Tony Barr, Tom Babson, Dennis Gallegos, Squire Fridell, Catherine Fitzmaurice and Greg Pierotti.
The Dallas Theatre League and the Kennedy Center/American College Theatre Festival have recognized her acting and directing. Having worked professionally for over 40 years as an actor, director, dramaturg, designer, talent agent, casting director and producer, Jeanne brings a wide variety of experience to the classroom. She teaches professional on-camera acting for film and television, Meisner-based acting classes and entrepreneurship for performers in Dallas and throughout the country. Recently, she and her long-time professional colleague, voice actor Bob Michaels, have seminars, designed to help professional performers adjust to the new technologies and practices of production work in the 21st century.

Joe Allen Brown "Pro Joe" has taught at Wesleyan since 1978. During his tenure, he has served as Chair of Theatre (22 years), Dean of the School of Fine Arts (5 years), and Dean of Freshman Success (19 years). At Joe's request, in the Fall of 2019, he returned to teaching Theatre and Speech courses. In the Fall of 2021, he returned to serve as Chair for Theatre Wesleyan.
Joe is currently the senior faculty member at Texas Wesleyan. He has received the Earl Brown Faculty Award for his service and teaching and two Trustee Awards for his service to Wesleyan and his service in the community. He has been recognized twice by the Wesleyan Alumni Association with the Wesleyan Flame Award for Service to the University and the Wesleyan Medal Award for being recognized as an Honorary Alumni of the University.
Joe has been a Texas Educational Theatre Association One Act Play judge for over 40 years and is an active Live Theatre League of Tarrant County member, previously serving as President of the organization. The Live Theatre League of Tarrant County has recognized Joe with the Elston Brooks Lifetime Achievement Award for Outstanding Contributions to Theatre and the Arts Advocacy Award. Joe is also the Vice President of the Board of Directors for Jubilee Theatre.
When he is not busy with Theatre Wesleyan or supporting area theatres, he is involved at home with his ten dogs, three cats, and three exotic parrots. He loves to call his house the "East Side Zoo and Animal Haven".

Vincent is a Partner in the Audit Division of Sproles Woodard LLP, and is also the Director of Accounting and Auditing for the firm. He is also the partner in charge of the Fort Worth Office. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree from Texas Wesleyan University and his Master of Business Administration in Information Systems at Texas Wesleyan University. Vincent's experience in accounting and auditing spans over 21 years and includes real estate, oil and gas exploration and production, hedge funds, fund of funds (FOF), private equity funds, manufacturing, construction, employee benefit plans, and not-for-profit organizations. Additionally, Vincent's experience includes both public and private companies ranging from accelerated filers to family partnerships, alternative investment management, and private equity companies. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Public Accountants, Texas Society of Public Accountants, Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies, Inc., Fort Worth Club, Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, Petroleum Club of Fort Worth, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and BDO Alliance.
He is a Sunday School teacher at his church. He also enjoys coaching his children in different sports. Vincent and his wife, Michele Davila, are parents of five children: Miranda, Marissa, Marie, Valerie, and John Michael, and grandparents to three: Matthew, Mason, and Madeline. The family enjoys spending time together. Vincent especially enjoys taking his family to Texas Rangers games. In his spare time, Vincent enjoys watching football and boxing, playing softball, golf and fishing.

Yolanda Sifuentes currently serves as the Sr. Research Coordinator II at Johns Hopkins University. Coordinates the AIM-AHEAD Fellowship Program in Leadership. Previously, she worked as a Coordinator for Special Projects in the Student Development Department at Tarrant County College South Campus. Yolanda also worked at Catholic Charities as a Financial Educator helping individuals and families get back on track financially. Yolanda is the current President of the Mexican American College Education (MACE) Fund and served as operations chair of the 2022 Conference of Texas Association of Chicanos in Higher Education. Yolanda was born and raised in South Fort Worth where she and her husband Luis have raised their three children. Yolanda earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at Texas Wesleyan University and her Master's in Higher Education from Iowa State University on May 12, 2022.
