UPWEY HIGH

In 2023, Upwey High School will be celebrating its covid delayed 85 th Anniversary (now 86 th year). From its beginnings in 1937 in the Upwey Progress Hall, to its "new build, modern design" which opened in August of 1937 (and yes, the students today still use the same building), Upwey High School has proudly served the Dandenong Ranges community for 85 years. In the past few years Upwey High has benefitted from a 24 million dollar building program, which has transformed the school, making it the envy of many.
