Alyssa is a leader on the marketing & communications team. Her specialties are strategic messaging and project management. Once given the nickname "Lois Lane," Alyssa has a knack for sniffing out a good story. As editor of the UND Alumni Magazine, Alyssa coordinates the creation, production, and delivery of alumni stories. In the summer, Alyssa's tiny garden keeps her busy during the week and weekends are spent at the lake. Alyssa's favorite season is football season, and her family never misses a Fighting Hawks home game. Being the center of the alumni information hub includes fielding general questions, updating records, and helping alumni connect with one another. Becky has served the UND Alumni Association & Foundation in various roles for over 30 years. She recalls the campus pulling together during the flood of 1997, and especially the co-workers who were back to work as soon as possible to support the recovery of the campus and the community. She was here to celebrate the successful North Dakota Spirit Campaign in 2013 and has enjoyed witnessing the passion of countless alumni and friends for this University. Dave St. Peter

Dave St. Peter was named the fourth president in Minnesota Twins history on Nov. 26, 2002. St. Peter assumed the Chief Executive Officer title on December 21, 2016, and continues to oversee the team's day-to-day operations, strategic planning and interaction with Major League Baseball. St. Peter played a central role in the approval, design, construction and opening of Target Field, which was named 2011 Sports Facility of the Year by the Sports Business Journal/Sports Business Daily. He also recently led the Twins effort to secure and host the 2014 Major League Baseball All-Star Game; expansion of the CenturyLink Sports Complex in Fort Myers, FL - named Ballpark Digest's 2015 Major Ballpark Renovation of the Year; as well as the team's partnership with Hennepin County on the design and programming of Minnesota's award-winning intermodal transit hub - Target Field Station. St. Peter joined the Twins organization as an intern in 1990 and over his first decade with the franchise held a variety of positions including Pro Shop Manager, Communications Manager, Vice President of Corporate Communications and Senior Vice President of Business Affairs. As the club president, the Twins established a new single season franchise attendance record in 2010 by attracting more than 3.2 million fans to Target Field while the team was recognized by ESPN as having the best stadium experience in all of professional sports.

Michael LeBeau, MD, serves as president and CEO of Sanford Health's Bismarck region, where he oversees health services and is responsible for the successful planning and implementation of operational and strategic goals. LeBeau has been with Sanford Health for more than 10 years and started with the organization as a nephrologist. Prior to his current role, he served on the Sanford Health Board of Trustees and as vice president of clinics. A graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences, LeBeau completed his residency in internal medicine at Gunderson Lutheran Medical Foundation in La Crosse, Wis. He also completed a nephrology fellowship at the University of Iowa and is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Jim Poolman

Jim Poolman was elected twice to serve as North Dakota's Insurance Commissioner, and served in that post from 2001-2007. While Insurance Commissioner, Poolman held many leadership posts with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners during his tenure, serving as Chairman of the Life Insurance and Annuities Committee for 2 years and Vice President of the organization in 2004. Before being elected Insurance Commissioner in 2000, Poolman served four terms in the North Dakota House of Representatives, and was a trust officer for the Bremer Bank system. In 2007, Poolman left his post to start an independent regulatory consulting practice. He advises insurance companies, trade associations and producer clients on regulatory and compliance issues. He also serves as Executive Director of the Indexed Annuity Leadership Council, an organization that promotes financial education around the fixed indexed annuity product. Poolman is also an active entrepreneur and investor. He is partner in a number of restaurant/pubs and in commercial real estate ventures in North and South Dakota.

Jodi Thompson Rolland

Jodi Rolland retired in November 2023 as Divisional Director of the Greater West Division of JP Morgan Chase Bank, position she held since January 2019. Prior to that, she was a Market Executive for Global Commercial Banking, Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Colorado Market where she led a team of commercial bankers who partner across the bank to deliver the full suite of services including investment banking, credit, treasury solutions, investment management and personal banking to middle market companies and institutions with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion. In addition to this role, Rolland also served as the Bank of America Market President for the Denver Market and the State of Colorado. Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Rolland spent 23 years with Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management. Most recently she was the Division Executive for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in the 12-state Heartland Division where she led more than 870 financial advisors with $110 billion in client assets and just under $1 billion in revenues. Her career at Merrill Lynch began in 1993 as a financial advisor. She has held a variety of local, regional and national leadership positions including the role of Western Division Director for Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management in New York, and Managing Director of the Southwest Mountain Division, based in Denver, Colorado. Jodi Rolland has an extensive background in community involvement. She has served on the Boards of Rocky Mountain Junior Achievement, the WiseWomen Council, Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, Colorado Bankers Association, Habitat for Humanity Metro Denver, University of North Dakota Alumni Association, Emmanuel Sanders Foundation and Board of Trustees for Colorado Succeeds.

Mike Hamerlik joined WPS in June 2012 as President and CEO. During his tenure, he has emphasized strategic thinking, which has resulted in new health insurance products, enhanced traditional health insurance products, transparent communications with employees and the community, and solution-focused problem-solving. He retired in April 2023. Prior to joining WPS, Mike was President and CEO of Noridian Administrative Services for 10 years. Scott L. Fredericksen is a former federal prosecutor and independent counsel, and is the senior white collar criminal defense partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Foley & Lardner LLP.
