She joined the firm July 2009 in the capacity of Candidate Attorney. She completed her LLB Degree at the University of Limpopo. Her field of specialty amongst other included Corporate Law, legal opinions and Labour law litigation.
Ms. Dhliwayo is a person of exceptional calibre and has distinguished herself in various endeavours. She has displayed a budding interest in the field of Labour Law as during her studies she participated in Moot Court Competitions and debating. She is conversant with the locally spoken languages, Northern Sotho and Ndebele she has already proven herself as an asset to the Firm. She is currently busy with LLM (Intellectual Property Law).
Mr. Mmakola joined the firm on 1 March 2013. He was officially honoured with LLB Degree mid-year 2010. In 2010 he attended school for legal practice at Polokwane situated at Edu Park wherein he gained practical knowledge on civil and criminal litigation and commercial contracts. Shortly after completing practical legal training he joined Messrs L J Kgomo Attorneys, Mokopane where he served his articles of clerkship. He personally dealt with Road Accident Fund claims, Criminal and Civil Litigation.
He thereafter moved to Elmarie Bierman Attorneys where he was appointed as a professional assistant. He was tasked as a head of civil department which he dealt with the following types of laws: Road Accident Fund Claims, Civil and criminal litigation, Divorce law, Debt collection, Eviction law, Domestic violence and Maintenance law.
His experience includes Commercial Law, Criminal, Labour law, Civil litigation, Divorce law, Eviction law, Domestic violence, Debt collection, Road Accident Fund claims, Wills and Estates and Maintenance law.
